Pretty good actually. The staff was helping, understanding and nice. The room was clean, no issues with that as well. Just one suggestion, it would be great if you could use a less powerful room fragrance, when we entered it was all we could feel for the first few minutes. Rest all is fine. The food was surprisingly tasty, kudos to you guys for that. Overall, very satisfied.

Excellent environment and decent welcoming staff. I had the pleasure of staying in this hotel for couple of days. Rooms are very good, bathroom was absolutely clean and great food with a good size of buffet. The food menu is arranged according to various cuisine. Thanks for wonderful service.

Overall good hotel well maintained and hygienic to. Location is quite decent 1-2km from railway station. They have good parking space to. But i didn't like behavior of reception guy the only reason i left this hotel in 2days actually my trip plain is 4days. He didn't respond well he didn't even smile or wish me. So I didn't like the way he treats us so i left the hotel.

Hotel in Raipur Chhattisgarh named The Ambassador Inn located in the heart of city but the staff provided and appointed by the Owner is not having good Heart and Love for guest. Staff at hotel are uneducated and untrained they don't follow the instructions given to them and spoil your stay. I was having my own home in Raipur, Chhattisgarh and it was my friends request who came from Korba Chhattisgarh for a short visit to Raipur at this Highly Google rated Hotel which impressed them and they made a mistake booking Two rooms for the stay. During my Stay I instructed Hotel staff to allot a room or dormitory for our Car driver and told clearly to them that payment will be given by me but intentionally without informing me they informed to my friend and also took money from them. Payment made by friend was not issue to write this feedback but the issue was they did not follow the instructions. During the stay a staff misbehaved badly when we told him to clear the room and get us serve water he denied that he will not give service to us only one service will be done either clearance or serve water so when he cleared the room I asked him to send another service boy who can get water for us. He refused to accept the request and started misbehave badly which was then informed to the front desk and we gave instructions not to send rude behaviour staff to our room they agreed but again they send the same staff and when they didn't follow the instructions we again gave complaint at front desk then we got a reply that they will never give booking or room to us in coming future as if it is the only hotel to arrange our stay in whole Raipur Chhattisgarh. I explained them that we own house and property in Raipur Chhattisgarh so we won't beg them to give us room in future and if any of my other friends invite me to this hotel also not step in so that they can keep the ego with them. Google your ratings given to the hotel is very high and disappointing some times as it is a fake and false sweetness of ratings given to Hotel in Raipur, they are not the best hotel in Raipur Chhattisgarh but it is a worst best hotel in Raipur Chhattisgarh to stay or use service. I have shared my experience with a hotel in Raipur Chhattisgarh for my timeline and updates to my network connections and readers only. If you agree with me then please stay away from The Ambassador Inn Hotel in Raipur Chhattisgarh.
