Hotel staff behavior is very bad and they don't allow oyo bookings via online oyo app. They said" if you have did booking online via oyo then that booking is no longer exists here... They ask extra 300 for room staying.... OYO is loosing their valuable customers and their feedback is going very worst. We go to hotels in the name of OYO brand not by the hotel popularity. Please put yourself away from OYO.

Zero rating hated it They were charging 1500 extra even after full payment through OYO.... Its better to stay at a good hotel then giving 2500 or more for 2 days...very cheap and ignorant hotel staff...i wish i could share the recordings over here...i have even called them before stay so ill mannered and cheap staff... either not responding or responding in a very inappropriate manner. Even OYO is fraud and untrustworthy. Not there to help neither the full amount refunded nor they helped in check in...total fraud company...

Worst place to live..the room was not cleaned prior to your arrival, you have to ask to clean it. And also quite expensive as compared to other Lodge near it. Washroom was very dirty.

I'm book this hotel through oyo they have dimand 500₹ extra money for stay b/c they have there own price chart show . They say the oyo was show very low price the hotel and thay was not give the room at this price range Food was good but room is not

We had booked form oyo website- prepaid and upon reaching they were charging more 700 rs for accommodation. Had to contact customer care and get alternate booking in other oyo. Please dont book online and visit here.

Don't book this property guys.. This hotel running as fully scam.. I booked this hotel by oyo ..and when i went to the check-in.. receptionist said that oyo is only for showoff they're not serving oyo service and they asked me for money per night 1600 ..when i told him if you're charging extra money for own then why are you showingoff oyo service why you're not closing oyo service at least people will not suffer for your scam.. He said that every hotel running like this i can't help you.. I came out from hotel and another day i cancelled my booking.. Oyo please don't run your service on this hotel for your image..

I booked this hotel through OYO. My booking was confirmed. Despite this, the hotel owner did not give me a room by telling the issue of pricing with OYO as well as misbehaving with me. OYO not refund my money also.(Time 11:00 pm)

Charged me extra ₹100 saying that they can't give me room at ₹489( OYO Price). Moreover they kept ₹100 as caution money and returned me only after giving review on OYO App. Now I know how they are getting 4.2 star rating on OYO. I will say it a scam basically to lure customers. Apart from it room was not hygienic. Linens were dirty, had bad smell and toilet sheet was damaged. I somehow managed to spend one night. Very bad experience.

Your charges not applying there they charge double and suggest to visit directly without your platform I pay extra money online payment of your platform is meaningless

WARNING-- Pls don't book this hotel.They charge you 3 times more than Oyo and Goibibo. 1) They will MISBEHAVE with you. 2) They ABUSE you. Please don't pay in cash.Always make payment online.Ask for bill. When you will ask the reason behind it they will explain they are not registered on OYO and GOIBIBO. 1) There are lots of MOSQUITOES. 2) Bedsheets are not cleaned. 3) toilet is stinking. 4) Lights also go off frequently. Excellent place to stay while in Raipur. Not luxurious but very comfortable. Very cooperative staff and management. Very near to the railway station. Easy access to highways too.

This property is okay type and bathroom is very disappointing. Booked this hotel for a transit stay through Oyo rooms but pillow covers were dirty, overturned and white bedsheet was dotted with dirty oily patches. I stayed there just to relax refresh but toiletries were very bad and couldn't use second time during 6-7 hour of stay. This hotel is couple friendly as per the norms of Oyo so people looking for such aspect may like it.

On OYO room number booked is 223 but they provide room number 214 because room no 223 is already occupied by another one, Very Bad Rooms,, cleaning is very bad, No facility.

This hotel is located at a prime location very close to Raipur railway station. They accept bookings via OYO and offline, however, in offline bookings they charge more. Rooms are very small and all the basic facilities are provided. The only thing that impressed me was the food served here, it was delicious. I stayed here for a few hours only since I had to catch a flight the next morning. I would not recommend choosing this hotel for a longer stay. It can be selected for a very short budget stay.

Maza nahi aaya... no payments accepted via online system.. excuse is oyo is not settling the payment... so that is the issues between oyo and hotel.. what can a guest can do in that dispute.. i think hotel should solve this problem.. or De-list from oyo... rooms... at last guest have to give 5 star demanded rating whenever check out
