The road and the House Designs are awesome .Maintain proper cleaniness I actually want to give. 3.5 stars Little bit expensive Negotiate before dealing otherwise movie to Rawatpura collony phase 2 just near by it for a better deal

Nice clean and well developed. Only draw back is poor approach road. Nice gated area but no security on the gates, seems there is no RWA. Cost between 20-40 lacs for flats and row house respectively. It seems cheap but land area is just 1000 sq ft.

Whenever I enter to siman city a petroling cops car taking round and also many crime happen at phrase 5 garden not safe

This place is good coloney is well set uped but problm is its root the road which is used for travlng is between slum areas and its dangerous to travel bcz of kids play on road and at night crimes are supposed..
