I recently visited the Dominos City Center Outlet and unfortunately, the Pepper Barbeque Chicken Pizza was not up to par. The pizza lacked flavor and tasted stale. It used to be much better but the quality has significantly declined. Additionally the ambiance was poor and dirty. The uncomfortable seating chairs were particularly unpleasant.

Delivery boy Mr.Gagan Thakur of Domino's Raipur Pandri Branch denied delivering the order to house. He kept on insisting to come to the nain gate of the society to pickup. When I requested him to deliver it to my door, he just returned without informing me. Very dissatisfied with him. I request the manager of the pandri branch to please look after the matter. Rude & Unethical behaviour is not expected from such food joints.

Very good taste in every pizza and many types of offers are also available.

Never order online from this store. Extremely bad experience. They delay the order by 1+ Hour on an average. And the store contact no. is always busy. They never respond. Avoid ordering online when this is the nearest store or you're very patient enough to absolutely leave it to the store to deliver your order according to their own will.

It's worst counter among all Domino's. When we visited he told me for 1.5hrs to waiting, I told him to close the counter. Manager not provide me complaint book, staff are so rudely behaved, I recommend to close this counter and not suggest to any one to visit this.

Taste was not up to the mark and I have ordered for chicken delight they have provided me veg gold delight totally upsetting and even in mobile app dominoz doesn't have to select options for chicken delight regular size... overall its worst taste and experience

Taste was not gd at all. Nd most of all the service. Just one person at the counter. KFC is much better than this, they don't even charge u if u want to takeout the leftover

Domino's outlet in Pandri Mall is very poor in terms handling crowd. Even if it's relatively empty, their service is extremely slow. Food was delicious as usual otherwise.

Its not the same ... The higher you go with the price it gets better .. You the pool the real pool , need to focus on cleaning. Even after your order is ready , they make you late and your pizza wont be hot.

City centre Dominos serves the best Pizza in raipur according to me. I've never had a bad experience at this place. You should definitely give it a try.

Hi Domino's.. I am your regular customer. I have visited every weekend in your particular location at City centre Mall. But today on(18/12/2022) my experience was very bad. I have ordered at 07:32PM and i have received my order at 08:15PM. I have waited for 45 minutes for a single order. How Domino's working in City centre raipur location. Not a single executive try to contact us and try to apologize.. it was quit bad experience as compare to pizza hutt. I will never come again in City centre Mall... Thankyou Domino's for your worst services till the time..

All the dominos in raipur are getting rennovated but this place is in old poor condition, not very well maintained, staff is also not that efficient..... Taste is standard as every other dominos

I ordered 2 time from here and my experience was very bad. I ordered margarita but they gave me classic pizza and 2nd time they are 1.5 hours late, pizza was cold and hard not eatable and they didn't even give points due to late delivery. Shameful

The place seems ageing and needs a revamping at the earliest. While I was last there the wash basin was unusable because of the faulty tap. The food is delicious. There's no need to say that Domino's serves the best-tasting pizza of any food chain.
