My
uncle
organised
his
wedding
on
3-4th
December
2022
and
had
a
bad
experience
there
as
the
food
quantity,
quality,
staff
was
not
adequate
the
desired
amount.
And
the
management
also
didn't
not
support
well
no
toiletries
nothing
was
there
in
sense
of
room
amenities
and
the
dal
was
flooded
with
water
and
chole
tikki
didn't
had
chole
and
THE
MOST
WORST
THING
about
them
is
they
asked
to
clear
dues
at
midnight
around
3
am
which
is
ILLEGAL
UNDER
LAW
and
according
to
rule
dues
are
to
be
cleared
at
the
time
of
checkout
and
they
pressurised
us
for
giving
the
money
right
away.
The
staff
was
MISBEHAVING
with
the
guests
out
there.
If
this
complaint
will
not
been
taken
on
note
and
if
we
don't
get
the
solution
then
I've
to
lodge
a
Consumer
complaint.
As
a
customer.
Or
refund
us
some
amount
on
basis
of
Compensation
for
the
trouble
caused.
