Best behaviour by Doctor you can never expect from any doctor in India. Super friendly staff who helps you to move from one department to another. Cleanest hospital I have ever seen, reasonable prices, one point treatment...from diagnosis/tests till spectacles and post op meds. This hospital really treats eyes, not making money like others just offering cataract surgeries with imported lense. Overall I would suggest anybody to reach Raipur to get yourself treated. Thanks 🙏

I went to this eye hospital for the first time yesterday. The look and convenience were good too. And the seating area was also good. But the washroom stinks. Staff behavior is fine. That's all.

MGM Eye Institute is an eye hospital run by Raipurians on no Profit no Loss basis registered under Societies's act. It is named and established in the memory of a lady eye specialist. This hospital is famous for its impartial treatment for rich and poor alike. People from Orissa, Madhya Pradesh and Andhra Pradesh come to Raipur the capital city of Chhattisgarh for eye treatment. The people have faith in this hospital and MGM never fails their faith.

Doctors are very good... Dr Das...thank you sir....his behaviour was very friendly and he answers all your queries very patiently..staff is also very good..but some time hospital mismanages...you may have to wait upto 2 hrs just for regular checkup....hope they improve this aspect also...

Very clean and hygienic hospital. The staff is very nice and efficient. Excellent and knowledgeable doctors too. I can see a few people complaining about long waiting hours but these people should know that if they are visiting a good hospital it is obvious that there will be a lot of patients for consultation and so waiting hours will be long. So complaining about waiting time is illogical. Such people should better go to a mediocre hospital or clinc where there will be lesser patients. If you want excellent services you have to compromise with the waiting time. I got both my parents operated here and the experience was simply superb. No complaints about anything at all. Keep it up.

Treatment is very nice, our consulting doctor's (Dr. Pratima Sahu) behaviour is also very good & supporting, she always presented every situation in such a way that it seemed everything is gonna be alright. However, once I experienced a foul behaviour from few nursing staff, it wasn't expected. On my last visit, I also experienced few shortcomings like bad smell near two toilets, one in walking alley towards follow-up registration counter and another in supporter room no.1, furthermore the supporter room's A.C. wasn't working near follow up registration counter and we were directed to wait in that supporter room, however after complaining we were directed towards supporter room no. 1(where we experienced bad smell from the toilet) my point is if the hospital is charging extra for this supporter room facility then all the concerned amenities must be in a serving condition without fail. Also, pls arrange a shade facility for visitor's/patient's cars, because they get highly heated from inside in this high temperature conditions.
