This gym is fully air conditioned; the workout equipments are in very good condition. They have personal trainer facility. They have others features like steam baths in addition to gymming.

Shape up gym is located at shivanand nagar near adi Shakti Shiva Durga mandir. The gym is good. There is no issue of parking. All machines and equipment are available here. Fees is more. They have trainers in gym. If you need personal trainer then you have to pay somewhat rupees 1000 more. Good staff. This gym open from 6am to 10pm. You can visit any time.😊

good location for every one they have different palns of gym. (1 months- 2000rs)/( 6 month- 8000)/( 1 year- 15000rs ) almost have all equipment for fitness and a private training for a extra price customer service is not so good but it work.

The experience is ok, they have good equipment. A bit costly as compared to other gym in the nearby areas. They should improve the Hygiene and cleanliness. I would suggest people should bring their own water. Trainers are not very proactive in helping people. Overall I am satisfied with the club

Jim trainers will give wrong instruction ,which might led to muscular pain, cramps & fatigue & might be possible you won't be able to go to Jim for 1 to 2 days, excluding that the Jim is very nice.
