This is a very new hotel came up in Raipur City. Thier are some best points I experienced 1. Location - This hotel is located in a prime location of VIP square which is very well connected from every corner of the city. 2. Rooms are very comfortable and spacious 3. Staffs are very well trained and hospitable. 4. Very nice banquet options 5. Above all the food is the USP of this hotel

Did not stay here, but spent an evening for dinner at its restaurant. Good food. Reasonably priced. Located on one of the prominent roads of Raipur. The Bar is beautifully designed.. worth visiting. Staff was polite, but needs grooming. Overall a pleasant evening 🍻

Went there for a seminar cum Training for a 1-day, banquet hall was sufficient for small gatherings like 30-40 populace Breakfast was okay but lunch was very good though the service could have been better

It's a great accommodation option on the VIP road, Raipur. The rooms are spacious and clean. Washroom is also clean and hygienic and completely sanitized. It's a boutique hotel. They also have restaurant on the ground floor and a rooftop bar on the 5th floor. The rooftop restrobar is just beautiful ; with mesmerizing views and great food & courteous staff. All in all a great option.

Had been there for an office diwali party. Superb location and a good place for family or office get together. Service was poor may be because of we were ordering in VIP lounge (2nd floor) and food was coming from the kitchen and other parties / small get togethers were also going on.

Too much slow service. We were idle after a drink and it takes 15 min to repeat. Staffs are less and tables are more then usual. Even for bill i have to go at counter. No lift at lower basement. And no vallet person told me to stay at ground and they will park. After parking and at the time of exit someone told me. Careless staffs.

We hosted my engagement there in zinnia hall with around 70 attendees. The food quality was above expectations, kudos to chef raam and his team. The rooms that we booked along with the hall were very spacious as well. Overall an excellent place to plan your important life events.

Great ambiance, food was amazing and drinks were nice as well. Interior is so chic and classy. There's space for functions such as bdays, Kitty's and/or other family functions. Professional/business meetings can be organised here, great space and ambiance for that as well.

Nice reception but when experiencing an issue with the accommodation there was zero concern. The AC is turned off during the night making it uncomfortably hot and the shower in our room was scolding hot, zero cold water. We have burns on our skin from attempting to shower. There was no number guide to indicate how to reach reception both 9 and 0 were dead lines from the phone in the room. Front desk staff did not care at all when telling them about the issues. Over 1 hour wait for hair dryer when requesting. For any price we expect better experience and concern from management to provide a solution when experiencing disruptions.

Amazing place. Suitable for holding reception for count upto 200. The interior and ambient is very nice. Staff are good and make you comfortable. Great food taste for both veg and non veg. Ample parking space in lower 2 basements for upto 50 cars with valet service. Price is justified.

Location is easily accessible. Valet parking is available. Ambience is nice. Boutique halls are nice and spacious. Food is very tasty. Mostly you tend to overeat when you go there. Rooms are also spacious. Retrieval of cars from valet parking takes time which is annoying but okay since you are in a party so not an emergency. Overall a very good experience.

For a stain over towel they will ask you to pay more which is completely irrelevant ; as per the price concerns you can still get a better property in raipur.somewhat the behaviour of the staffs were quite basic and not apprehensive. Interior was not that classy and warm.over all a basic experience.

I visited this hotel to book my kitty party... person name with Ajit or Amit i don't know exactly he was handling our booking and we clearly mentioned him that we want to taste the food before we book the party..he was like ok and we ordered paneer Manchurian and veg biryani and brownie with ice cream...later staff shown us the areas where we can do the function while leaving restaurant staff asked us to pay the bill..we called that Ajit or Amit whatever he was just standing blank and asked us to pay bill...whole staff started behaving rude and gave us look that we are not able to afford this and randomly we came here...I told staff clearly that Mr Ajit didn't mention us that we don't provide the service of tasting... suddenly whole staff showing attitude nobody cared that our guests are not happy with all this...but staff simply standing there and no one cares about guests here... Such irresponsible staff handles guests... definitely don't go for any bookings here what staff is promising and what they are serving is really very very disappointing...and no one in hotel going to take guest's stand..they clearly don't care about guests service... Mainly Ajit is responsible for this extremely bad experience... I'll make sure to tell my kitty groups about your bad services..

Amazing stay again ,feeling like second Home, this time amazing discovery was Dum Biryani specially crafted for me by Chef Ramraja yadav. One should relish this ,if your pallate is tempting for some thing new , highly recommended.

The food was good, but restaurant staff tried to cheat by billing 7 servings where we took only 4. On raising concern they misbehaved and on asking to check cctv they agreed to rectify and correct the bill. Request all to beware of such scam happening at their restaurant and bar.

Hotel room is good. Food is commendably fine. But they are not giving early check-in. Most of the direct flight and connecting flight from chennai reach before 11 am. Even if we reach by 10:30 or 11 am. They will make us wait till 12 pm citing the room is getting cleaned and then only they log-in the accomodation. Till then they won't give. We even enquired why can't they give early accomodation for which the reception staff has said it is the management protocol to make the guest wait till the check-in time and then let them IN, which is unreasonable. They can even get the early check-in charges also if they are very keen on business motives. I have given 2star because of that only. My next hotel will definitely not be Ariena hotel for sure because of this irresponsible policy. And one more thing to add on is, kindly check the bills before you pay during your check out. They silently add some few items here and there. In my bill they added one water bottle extra costed around ₹60 which I have never bought. We bought only one bottle do water from room service whereas they added 2 more extra in a seperate bill which we haven't bought. For this also they made us wait 30 mins to sort it out during check out. Whoever approaches the hotel, have plenty of time and money in your pocket to receive an irresponsible treatment from the management. Hope this helps for the travellers who book this hotel. Otherwise the rooms and food are good. Other risk is yours :)

The food is the only thing for which I regularly go to the hotel, as the food is very nice, but when it comes to the service part in the banquet areas the captains way of behavior is pethatic, very rude and I ha e faced this 3rd time, even after complaining to the senior manager no proper solution was provided.

The place is really good. The rooms are clean and spacious. The staff is courteous. The in house restaurant is a bit pricy but the food makes up for it. They do not have pick up services so guests will have to organise that on their own. Another highlight was the message chair made available for guests at no added charge. It was an overall great stay.
