Hello my name is Atul Kumar Soni.I visited Lotus Hospital with my mother who is suffering from serious kidney infection.The treatment is still in process. Many people give their feedback post complete treatment or after receiving desired result however I feel to share my feedback when treatment of my mother is on.Doctor Ashish Kumar Sharma is not only a highly credible doctor but also a very nice human being, soft spoken and with no ego problem.Under his supervision my mother is recovering alot. I am very much thankful to him and fellow doctors associated with him. Also the nurses are very caring, cooperative and polite. They attend patients not as nurses but like their own family members.Cleaning staff of the hospital ensure hygiene all day long as they also play important role in creating positive environment for patient's well being.Great Team of Lotus Hospital.All the best and keep up such good noble work.Jai Hind.

I was treated by Dr Yogesh Barapatre today.His treatment as well behaviour was very nice and supportive.However ,while buying prescribed medicines at the medical store available in the hospital I discovered that period of dosage was not mentioned in prescription.When I approached reception for consulting the doctor, a managerial staff at the counter very rudely asked me to wait.When I asked again after a while to clarify the matter, he threatened me and shouted in front of all .."DAFA HO JAO".This misbehaviour from a staff of a reputed hospital has left me with wounds which cannot be treted by surgery.

The good place for urology and the hospital is in good hands. There's a dedicated team for the management of hospital and taking care of the patients with love and respect. They do help visitors in finding their family members and all other stuff.
