Had a very bad experience. Their workers need to learn counting as well. Asked for 8 neon tetra, 6 rasbora and 4 silver tip tetra. The person also didnot behave well, after collecting one variety of fish he used to pack them and run to the counter not even showing us how many or what type of fish he has given. Caught him 2 3 times putting hockey stick tetra instead of rasbora and when asked he said rasboras are difficult to catch and these fishes are same. anyways when we reached home to my shock the bag had only 6 neon tetras instead of 8, 4 rasboras instead of 6, and 5 silver tip tetra instead of 4. They are all similar sized and there was no other fish in the bag so no chance of one fish eating the other.

I cannot say enough great things about this store. It is extremely clean and well organized. Everyone there was very helpful and attentive. They even responded to a question I asked over Facebook messenger prior to my visit very quickly. They have the largest selection of marine foods I’ve seen in the area. There was a wide variety of supplies, fish, inverts, corals, and even live rock. Just overall top notch service. I don’t have one bad thing to say about this place! They really take the time and care to quarantine their fish first and not overcrowd their tanks. Their tanks are also the cleanest I’ve seen in a fish store. Best shop at very reasonable price.

Pathetic attitude, rude and corny behaviour from the owner. I recommend other places to try aquarium cleaning services and buying aquarium stuff at better prices. Definitely not this place.

Owner’s behaviour is extremely rude and unprofessional.Recommended a friend to get his aquarium setup from this shop, not only did they delayed the delivery by days but also were really rude to him.Even if you visit their shop the owners Ego is soo high!! Balaji,Suri & Sea world have been in the profession for decades & I have been visiting their shops for last 15-16years & their behaviour & polite attitude is the reason the still exist.
