I have experienced this thrice from their Physician , Neuro and Pulmp.Never Visit this hospital for the following reasons. 1) Girls for billing and reception will be more in bubbly nature , giggling and talking over phone thab paying attention to someone serious in the hospital. 2) Doctors will never be available in the alloted time. I came to visit Ritisha Bhatt and she was on round and none of the receptionist bothered to call her. We pay them 600 bucks jusy for a 5 min talk and they make us wait as if they are paying to us. Pathetic service. 3) All the doctors here are SRK. Yes they are so rude and are full of so much of stardom that they will hardly talk to you properly. 4) All they want u to do is get tested infinite times so hospital can make more money. 5) Its quite expensive and indiscipline hospital. No wonder why they have 3.5 rating. Patient from Harrawala prefer to go to MAX hospital which is 20 Km ahead of this than to waste time here. Visit here only if u have lot of time and money to waste. Because their is full sannata in OPD.

Had a bad experience with the hospital, they told us to urgently arrange platelets so we arranged platelets from there own blood bank through SDP process which cost us rs. 11000/- and then they didn't used it and even didn't refunded. Infrastructure and hygiene is top class but the problem is doctor don't visit on time. And in my case doctor only visited once a day. It feels like nurses are doing your treatment.

One of the worst hospitals in the region. The doctors here don’t take any responsibility. Went for a simple tonsillitis medicine and they made me do tests worth β‚Ή25000 and still they weren’t able to provide satisfactory treatment. Went to Indresh hospital later and got perfect treatment for less then β‚Ή2000. Will never recommend Kailash hospital to anyone

The service of the hospital is satisfactory. Behaviour of sisters is nice. Suggestions 1. Doctors can visit more frequently 2. The calling bell of the room needed to be repair. 3. The female staff is needed to be present in Xray room during the presence of the female patient. 4. The sister/nurses should respond to the emergency bell on time.

I have bad experience in waiting for CT Scan and MRI line for around 4-5 hours.. Deficiency in staff ...... Same staff working for MRI and CT Scan......all waiting since morning.... STILL WAITING IN LINE FROM 11 AM TO 5PM... I sincerely want to inform you that I have worse experience with your hospital, as a super senior citizens my grandfather waited for 5-6 hours in MRI Waiting line. I don't think you care your patients... This is my first waiting this long for Checkup in hospitals.... Hospital don't have sufficient staff for MRI and CT Scan... So please do correct these problems and I think am not satisfied by the services and will prefer Indresh and max hospital over kailash hospital.... PLEASE DO ARRANGE SUFFICIENT CHAIRS IN CT SCAN AND MRI ROOM....

One of the worst hospital i have ever seen.. After operation the concerned doctor does not even care how's the patient is doing. I would suggest if you want a better proper/ better treatment for your loved ones then don't even think for this hospital.

WRONG BILLING My father was admitted for emergency treatment of a heart related issue and all the treatment was excellent but really had the worst experience due to the billing department. They are totally charging the wrong amount to the patient and on complaining about the issue they are simply saying that "we accept that we are wrong and a communication gap is there from our side but you have to pay for it and you don't have any other option" that is totally pathetic. We admitted under CGHS(health insurance) scheme and after the surgery we requested them to shift the patient to private room from general ward and at the time of request they inform us we will need to pay 2k per day additionally along with some additional charges on doctor visit but at the time of discharge they disagree with what they told us initially and even charges us for the surgery which we had done before moving to private room. Ideally we should only charge 4k additional amount as we stay in a private room after the surgery for 2 days but they have charged us 28k including surgery charges

Never visit this hospital no doctors, they will shift every patient to ICU . They don't give treatment to patient they shift patient to make case more critical. They are actual thugs in Dehradun. People come here to avoid rush of govt hospital and for good engagement with doctors, but it's verse than govt hospital it's better to go into any other hospitals in Dehradun. Never visit this hospital and advise others also not to visit this hospital. They don't take feedback, as they know there feedback. Only one word they are zero in terms of management doctor, nurses .

Infrastructure good , process well maintained and hygienic well. As far as my experience, the above things went good, also the account team was supporting. Only issue was first the required doctor specialist are not available on emergency, you may need to wait, in my case one night as I went by 9pm. So until then the general doctor was treating me. Next day visiting doctor saw my wounds and suggested to do dressing for few days and discharged me, to be operated later. While being discharged from the hospital, in the certificate no medicine was mentioned, which they forgot to add. I had to confirm with doctor as it was common sense to have supported medicine. Hope this feedback will help in the future service. Thanks for reading.

WRONG BILLING Worst hospital if you upgrade from general ward to private room in the middle of treatment then they will charge everything according to the private room from the beginning and they will give you this surprise at the time of billing. In my case, the patient was admitted to the general ward for 4 days and 2 days in a private room. When we requested them to shift the patient to a private room they said ok and didn't mention that we will need to pay everything according to the private room even the surgery charges which we had from the general ward but while discharging they will charge you all 6 day as a private room patient. They have created their policy in such a way that they can fetch maximum fees from patients. Totally money oriented hospital and worst management

I had the worst experience in this hospital. My mom, who is 70 years old, was admitted in this hospital for a minor stomach ache and she was put in the ICU straight away. My mom was already suffering from a lung disorder and she was on oxygen for the past 15 days but was able to communicate with us and was eating well before going to the hospital. In the ICU she was treated by a General Physician and not by the ILD Specialist (Pulmonary Specialist) . My mother was on a solid diet before being admitted in the hospital but they treated her as a serious patient also I was shocked when I saw her in the ICU with a suffocating mask and her hands were tied tightly with a rope. Because of that, she got both the hand bruised and a blood clot in both the hands. She was crying with tears but they did not bother to ask if she wants to tell something or uncomfortable with the treatment. How can the staff be so inhuman with an elderly lady. After leaving the hospital, we were never informed about the further medicines. Now my mom is in a trauma she stopped eating and in a very serious condition This hospital is only making money with multiple tests during treatment. They didn't even tell us what treatment they were giving and every time they were coming up with a new test which was showing a lot of problems in my mother's health. The physician informed us that my mom is suffering from multiple infections in her body. Every time they change their treatments to make money. That is totally a money making hospital and has the worst management and nursing staff ever....Please NEVER VISIT KAILASH HOSPITAL

Honestly speaking, Kailash hospital is one of the finest in service in Dehradun. With all the amenities and facilities provided, everyone feels comfortable and comes out with smiling faces. Yes money can be a factor of consideration sometimes, but still treatment done is worth. Best in service doctors, staffs everything is so fine. Highly recommended

Behaviour of staff is very bad. They are very much careless about patients. They hardly bothered about patients. The meal they provide to patients are of very low quality. Even there is no arrangement of drinking water in rooms. (Experience of semi private room). Also behaviour of billing staff is very rude . In short... Please choose any hospital other than this.

One of the worst hospitals in dehradun. We choose them for maternity services but after the successful delivery of our baby, the after care services of the hospital are very bad. The nurses act as if they are doing you a favor by coming to see your baby. They refuse to come more than once in a day, and expect you only to do everything for the baby they wont do anything, then i dont understand why do they charge so much for private rooms and others treatment if family members have to take care 24Γ—7 then we would have done it at home only and not in the hospital. Also the baby got urine infection when he was in their special care Icu for babies under blue light which they call nursery. Which means they didn't take of the baby hygienically, also they dont dont allow anyone to go and see the baby inside in the Icu, and due to this kind of bad after care treatment our little baby in suffering now. Please avoid this Hospital and choose a better hospital if you love your family.

Its my view based on my experience and the experiences shared by other patients who were admitted to ICU and some even lost lives: Worst ICU... Dr Saurabh and one Momdan (fat guy with spects) doctor both are worst doctors and staff too is very bad in ICU. They have good administrative staff especially Supretendant and Director (Hospital is running because of their efforts amd supervision only ) but sad part is their ICU doctors and staff is worst in whole India.... Good doctors and nurses outside ICU but in ICU , team is worst.... In my opinion, best for OPD though pretty costly but still its quite better. If ur patient reaches ICU, do ensure you keep in touch with Medical supitentdant else ur patient will be treatmed badly by ICU doctors and staff. Another bad thing Their marketing team take mobile phones from patients and attendants and rate hospital as 5star on google. Its bad that they rate themselves..... Its one of the sad part ... They are worst because they dont have any ethics even.....

Supervisors, Nurses and attenders were all good in their services in CCU. I've witnessed that everyone was alert and did their duties pleasantly and well. Efforts were made repeatedly and consciously to keep the place neat and tidy. A special thanks to the nurses and attenders who attended me and the doctors. If I've to make a suggestion gently, it would be that the volume of the discussion at the duty station may be reduced. God bless you all for your selfless service in saving lives. Prayers and blessings.

My experience was good especially in CCU. I didn't feel any hustle while admitting my father in emergency. Best thing is that no need any family member to stay there. They take care of everything, like test, food etc. But it takes time only at pharmacy while taking medicine. Rest is good

My husband was admitted in kailash hospital room no. 430. The doctors as well as the whole hospital staff were very skilled and helpful too. The hospitality is outstanding. I thank the whole staff for their co ordination and would recommend to choose kailash hospital during difficult times as these people have expertise par excellence.

I actually had a good experience. I met with 3 separate specialist and each one listened well, which is hard to find, and was prescribed treatment that made me well. Cost was not out of reason as compared to my other hospital visits. I was treated with respect at Kailash. I was grateful to find them as I had two previous bad experiences from the other local hospitals that didn't help me at all, and happily took my money.

Useless hospital .Only motive is to make money worst care of patients. Nurses are only busy in doing writing and paper work not bothered about the patients . After care is zero . It is a very dangerous hospital for for patients . Their license should be canceled.
