All doctors are very experienced , professional and caring too. dr. Siddharth, dr. Pradeep singhal and dr. Chawli was very soft spoken and was very pleasant .Mohd. Shahabaz is a asset of hospital.All staff was very good.Prabhu shri ram ki kripa se hamara anubhav uttam raha.

Its name might be small but you might get best treatment here. The doctors are young, dynamic and gaining knowledge day by day. The exceptional thing is nursing care, the nursing staff is very polite hardworking and sincere. I cut one star for regular cleaning of washrooms in general wards. The females will definitely get UTI if they only use it once. So hygiene must be maintained. After I pointed out necessary action had been taken but it should be in mind of cleaning staff and other staff. Hope they will continue with best care. Jai Hind 🙏🙏

Dear doctors , Seriously you are making us fool.. मार्च 2023 you operated a patient for stone remove through आयुष्मान card of 22 MM size. But I don't know what you have done still patient suffering from स्टोन pain and again you are saying that you ll do another operation. Well apart from operation when patient ask you about स्टोन pain then you charge 20000 rs for observation in your centre still you are demanding for 30k for start antibiotic course of 4 days apart from operation which you ll do soon . Patient already pay 50k rs including test also. And you are failed to remove स्टोन from his kidney. Now patient went to second opinion from another Dr , now finally he passed to removed स्टोन्स. Reception staff was not good, my mother was unable to hear something so she asked again and the receptionist were making fun of her they were mocking her we didn't like it and they were busy talking among themselves, the staff should be helpful. My father was admitted here he is a sugar patient i asked from nurses what fruits i can give him they didn't have any knowledge about that. They were busy talking among themselves nothing was organised. People come to hospital for treatment because they hope that they can be treated properly and can get cured as soon as possible we fo not can here to get bullied by the staff. Do not recommend this hospital they even lost the discharge file we waited so long everyone's time is precious no one is free.

Unprofessional 1. Their own staff are going to the ICU without shoes cover without mask and telling the people with the patient to come off the shoes. Hygiene is not taken care of at all. And don't even listen to the patient. 2. No cashless transaction facility in Cafeteria 3.Masks are also not available in your hospital pharmacy. I 🙏request the hospital management to pay attention to all these thing. Well the doctors are very good 🙂

I accompanied my friend during one of his visits to the hospital and I was delighted to see the management and specially the doctor and nursing staff always on their toes for the patients , overall had a pleasant experience. Dr.Siddhant Khanna is very good person in hospital as he takes care of everyone with same zeal.Also entire nusrsing staff of KMC is very much devoted towards his assigned duties be it day or not.I must name of mohd shahabaz who is very spontaneous for his duties.

I went for Covid vaccination. No sanitizer kept at three main points - the guard who hands over a token, the desk where receipt is issued (and they are reluctant to give a receipt), the place where one is vaccinated. The nurse giving the shots was not wearing gloves. No instructions were provided. Cotton roll is stashed inside the table drawer of an unhygenic table, the used injections are thrown in an open bin. They ask you to leave after 10-15 minutes! They also do not provide a certificate.

I’m a delicate and sensitive person, and Dr. Pradeep Singhal I was totally impressed by the way I was treated and the way he followed up. He is not only an Excellent Surgeon, he is simple, superb Human being, Sober, friendly approach with smiling face with his selfless services. Done amazing treatment with nice advise, hardly find such non commercial Doctors in this era. I am very thankful to him and his surgery team Also, all nursing staff members including shehbaaz. Shehbaaz is very punctual, helpful, polite and cooperative. He is always ready to help every patient. Thanks again to all the doctors & nursing staff for taking good care of me.

Overall experience was average to good.. not the best. Facilities available are so so not very good. And discharge procedure is very very slow. Doctor told us that my husband will be discharged. But we waited whole day for it. They should consider that everyone's time is precious and they should respect that.

Very bad experience . Not got proper facility after paying full amount of their so called VIP room.T.V not working, bathroom have no shower and very small even you cannot sit properly on WC due to less space over there. Instead of solving problem, the doctor or may be owner of the centre taking side of his staff only. Misbehave by the staff nurse of the first floor,by getting full support of the management. Avoid treatment there when you got so many nice medical centres in the same rate...

I have come here for vaccination of my father after taking appointment. As instructed,we were at the reception at 0845 h. Not a soul even till 0940 h. Chaos and mismanagement galore. Deficiency in service of a very stellar order. Kudos! P.S. Grateful! We finally have succeeded in getting vaccination. It has taken us exactly 90 minutes,although we were the 5 th in the queue. Elsewhere it takes 10-15 minutes. New work standards set by the vaccination centre. Kudos again!

Dr does not adhere to OPD timings. It's 10-2pm, but does not appear before 12pm. Dr Siddhant is good but OPD punctuality should be more strict.

I got treated here in KMC under doctor TUSHAR AGARWAL , I must say he is the best and the most practical gynecologist in the town. I have always heard that male gyencs are the best and he proved that right. Had a good personal experience during our pregnancy journey. Highly recommended. About KMC , Dr. TUSHAR AGARWAL is the only reason we came to KMC, but hospital’s services are quite disappointing, rooms were really poor, not maintained, no food provided to patient, no proper bedding for person to stay with patient, only day staff members are good , night one’s are not responsive.

Undertrained staff, rude doctor and not enough facility. You will burn in heat in summer days. For those who have golden medical card to avial treatment for free you would be lying in a tiny room, which has mosquitos and a diry toilet and other 9 to 8 pateints as well. Go at your own risk.

I got a great opportunity to do my clinical practice of physiotherapy from this renowned placed in doon. The physiotherapy department here is well equipped and has a great atmosphere of work. The doctors ( Dr Yoginder , Dr Priyanka, Dr Nimisha) here are very helpful, knowledgeable and cooperative. Patients go with full satisfaction after there treatment.

The certificates have been sent to my brother's phone now, post his call 👍 The vaccination drive was organized but I and my brother have not received our certificate of first doze vaccination ! We got vaccinated on 30th June & staff also did not updated our vaccination status yet!!! During telephonic conversation, the vaccination dept.is calling us to the vaccination centre for it but it is their duty to gather the information again & do it smoothly from their end.Security code, reference id,telephone no's & token no. Are already in record & they just need to check it & update!

My wife got infection in the intestine and was bleeding heavily so I brought here in Krishna medical centre and they did the operation immediately now she is fine and I am very satisfied with the services and staff here is very helping.

I had visited the Krishna medical center for check up of my wife. My experience was not good in this centre. Attending Doctor was Dr Sidhant Khanna. His behaviour with us was not good. He did't listen our problem seriously and insisted us to do all test which he has advised at his own centre. While I requested him to allow us to do all these tests at the centre of our own choice. Now I have decided that we will never be visit this centre in future.

My Father was Admitted to the Hospital under ECHS. He came as an ICU patient and was discharged in 5 days. He recovered as much as he could have and went back to home care. I must Appreciate Doctor Siddhant and his team. Guard Sahaab, Reception Team, Nursing and attending Staff all are friendly. Canteen team desoite restricted hours ensures coverage and care for all. I must mention that the Compassion Care and sensitivity to Geriatric Handling is being Displayed by Raksha Bisht & Bhawna Kaur during Day and Night shift has been exemplary. Please laud them and make them an example for others in your Esteemed Medical Care facility. I understand no system is perfect and I am hopeful that everything works out equally well after followup visits.

Unprofessional staff. And they are not treating the patient well. They taken the blood sample without any prescription from the concern doctor at that time in emergency. If the attendant asked they said it's for further procedure and they had over the blood sample bottle to attendant. The staff is highly irresponsible and they don't have knowledge about any prodcedure. Don't visit this hospital. One my friends mother suffered alot by their behaviour.
