As a patron of Dominos, I recently visited the outlet near the Rispana Bridge. The outlet has ample space to accommodate a good number of customers. However, I noticed that, unlike other outlets, the service at this outlet is slow. Even though I was second in line, it took almost 10 to 15 minutes for the staff to take the order of the first person, which was quite annoying. It seems like the staff is not well trained. I ordered two pizzas, and I requested that they not include too much capsicum in one of them. However, they seemed to misunderstand my request and put more capsicum on it. When we informed them about the error, they did not rectify it and ignored our request after apologizing. Overall, I did not like the service at this outlet.

Great place to enjoy 🍕. I have been regular to this place past 3 years and never miss an opportunity to visit this place. This place has an important place in my heart as it has numerous sweet memories with my loved one. Staff is helpful and well mannered. Swift order delivery. Clean restaurant. Great location.

One of the best domino’s outlet in the area. Lot’s of seating space to dine in and the ambiance is great. The staff is also really friendly and helpful. The food is great just like any other domino’s outlet. It is just beside the Haridwar highway. If you are in the area this one is the best outlet by far.

This tastes tooo good! I actually don't like domino's pizza in Bangladesh. But I just liked it fully. If you ever come to dehradun, this is a must try in your bucket list. It's location is 15 rupee auto distance from isbt dehradun bus stand and it is walking distance from rispana bridge.

Pizza is love. They serve Delicious cheesy pizza. The place is hygienic. Staff is friendly. Service is delayed but thats not a problem because its worth wait. Must visit

Nice service in dehradun pizza is good but music in store not good.Good thing is the staff of store is good. I went to dominos with my friends I orderd a combo of 2 corn extra cheese pizza 2 mousse cake and 2 medium coke. the pizza was up to the mark as I like my pizza to be and tasty mousse cake was also good. the place is very small and yet crowded due to its taste so, yeah you can visit this place of good pizzas.

I opted for store pickup option, and was impressed with the fast service and response by the staff. Shivani and Devika attended me amazingly and was mesmerised by their Politeness and hospitality. Recommend as" Must visit place "

This Dominos is near Rispana bridge but still it is not too crowdy. So you will easily feel the music and enjoy tasty pizza in this calm environment. I loved it and staff here is also nice.

The service is pathetic. I always receive the pizza nothing before an hour despite receiving a 30minute guarantee each time. The help option never helps since it is virtual & the contact details it provides is always busy. Once in a while you might get through to the manager who in his defence would say that ignore the 30minute guarantee, it is a technical glitch & I promise you fresh food but to the contrary even the pizza’s received are soggy . I do not know about any other outlet but Shastri Nagar outlet in Dehradun is always a disappointment.

Not so crowded place

Had Farmhouse pizza , chicken parcel and b natural orange juice . I would not recommend chicken parcel, felt more like a mould of maida and less filling of chicken with not great taste.

I have been ordering pizza from here for many years now, the consistency in good service keep changing sometimes it's very good sometimes it's very bad. Overall I'll say it's a good food joint

After all it is Domino's, the food if is not good then what's the point. However, there were mosquitoes inside. When this was highlighted to the manager, he did arrange for HIT spray to be sprayed. However, I suppose it has to do more with the way it was being done. Ideally should be done under the seating area and under the sofas. Plus the delivery boys kept coming in and kept the door ajar. They were more focussed on the deliveries and the in restaurant walk-ins felt neglected owing to the slow paced service.

Waiting for while, n nobody assist on counter..,staff was shouting inside, few more customers waiting out there but they really don’t care. N finally pizza it was worst in taste n missing stuffing. Never visit

Dominoes as usual good in providing better service and hygenic food.. The taste were good of pizzas that were ordered. Overall experience nice and Cherishable..

The girl name nisha is really sweet n professional....or for quick bite it's good one, nothing new about this chain as we all know that, so go and have domino's pizza....

Pizza was good but little cold maybe because I picked up from the store and it took 20 minutes to reach my play without any proper air tight box.

They are into some serious cost cutting. For the first time I saw a eating place has just one menu card. People were actually queuing up to use the menu card. ACs were switched or not working not sure..messy tables with insect infestation. Overall a very Bad experience.

My first time experience in Domino's pizza in dehradun very bad experience because toilet was not clean and staff Dressing is very bad and staff behaviour is not good because staff no experience your products and not suggest pizza which is good or bad staff no suggested and the crockery not proper clean i have order pizza, garlic bread , zingy parcel and one pepsi glass but papsi is flate no taste in pespi not handgloves use for customer area cleaning one time cleaning and taking order no wash hand proper no hygiene products. Service is not good I am waiting for my order 20 minutes but not parcel the order. I give the order 12 pm but still now my order is not ready

My experience is always good in Domino's shree tower the staff is very nice i will appreciate everyone there one of my favourite today is Ms. Shivani other one is on counter i forget to ask her name she is so kind and soft hearted person i would love to go there always thanku for everything 👍

The quality of this domino's isn't up to the mark. Look at the topping of chicken pizza it's not like what domino's really offer at other franchises.

Sorry for last review we think that is Saharanpur road branch .. shree tower domino was grt taste in products, good staff behaviour ,nice ambience ,, highly recommended .. plz visit.. And the guy sagar luthra in his supervision that restru goes highly .. appreciate his work ..

Very good service even though there was extreme rush. The girls at the counter, Sakshi and Sunita, did a splendid job of smiling through the process.

Good place for pizza. Nice parking space.

Never a wrong choice for pizza. We had farmhouse and mix veggie and they were mouth watering.
