Wonderful service. Took care of all the COVID precautions. Every instrument was well santized. Great management. The only hospital I trust when it comes for Sonography and MRI.

Never visit this centre. No COVID-19 protocols follows. It makes your life risky. Equipments are not senitized. No temperature check. People are free to enter with shoes as no rule for any COVID-19 protocols. Staff behaviour is rude and most of them are doing timepass and waste your time. They think patients will wait as long as they say because we are in hospital and we are 'MAJBOOR'. So they work as per their own convenience. Not deserve a single star.

Bad diagnostics they are not able to give a mri report 48 hrs and staff has no clue when will report will generate If ur pt is critical then don't opt Apollo

Myself Subhash singh Age 60 Years An oral Cancer stage T4 patient. My Dr. Has adviced me for MRI, i visited Apollo Dignostic center on 18th May 2022. I surprised to see such a positive,helping and co-oprative staff from reception to MRI Room more over i would like to quote the honesty of Mr. Prachir Kashyap in the era of cheating, fraud and corruption who make arrangement to refund me the amount which i was deposited the amount wrongly for dubble contra MRI but only one contra took place. Such employees are asset for any organization, i wish him all the best. I got my MRI Report on the same day and it was really unexpected because i know how much time it takes. I would like to advice every one to visit Apollo for any diagnosis. Subhash Singh.

Very good diagnostic center in Raipur, all tests done under one roof, very professional staff, I Don't know why people are making such comments, they should understand that it is better to have a little wait than taking wrong reports in haste. ond also note one thing that please take appointment before visit for hassle free experience.

I had an MRI yesterday. poor management. you can't expect a single word of professionalism. False commitment about report delivery timings. actual reports were provided very late looks like they don't have an in-house doctor to generate the reports. also delivered reports don't have 1: correct spelling of name, 2: also prescription test details don't match on reports. You cannot claim insurance due to lots of mistakes. invoice, prescription, and reports nothing matches. The front desk ( invoice generation) doesn't know the spelling of TOWN, Too much typo while writing an address.

Had a really good experience. Very good centre and ambience. Excellent service and the staff is highly compatible. Dr. Paras jain, dr priyank jain is the best in chhatisgarh when it comes to radiology and has a lot of empathy for patients.

For MRI wrost experience they are not provide report at a time when you come at early morning even after MRI complete at 11:00 AM you may rescive your MRI report late evening because DR. is available after afternoon and they give your report up to 6-8 PM they dont know value of time

Very unprofessional staff they don’t have time management I call and they give time for eco and cxr after that they argument and they say agr krana hai to krao warna jao please before go be careful

Worst place to get tested , visit at your own risk. I took my friend for an ultrasound test . The reports came out to be normal , but I had a doubt so visited another hospital the other day for a test . It showed she had an infection in the uterus and was suggested to get treated asap. The doctors here in Apollo are very unprofessional and they are taking their patient for granted. I had few doubts about the report which the doctors ignored,worst management I have seen in any hospital. There are many other relatively better option available in Raipur .

Non professional attendant staff Mannerless people sitting on counter They have commission fixed with all doctors around and with govt also so you have to suffer visiting this Center if one need reimbursement of expenses done on tests. Not recommended at all !!

The name of the hospital is Pollo, but they will make you fool in the name of apollo . So beware of the tactics they are using . This is not a branch of apollo. The price is also very high compared to the service ..
