    I joined mrityunjay yoga few months back and my experience was just amazing. Darshita Jha was my trainer and under her guidance i enjoyed doing yoga and that particular time was my favourite time of the day..wish to join again in future if time allows me:)

    BEST YOGA CLASS IN RAIPUR! I highly recommend everyone reading this comment that this class is going to change your life because it changed for me. Our yoga ma'am is just so amazing, every class is so detailed, informative and so knowledge. I have become so healthy mentally and physically after joining the class, there is a definite need for mental and physical stability specially now and this place works gives you everything. ❤️ I'm so glad I joined Mrityunjay yoga

    The energy of this yoga studio itself is extremely positive. Everyone is always so dedicated and focused that it motivates you to try a little harder and connect your mind and body. They help you not just to learn yoga but also help in healing if you are going through some specific pain in any of your body part. Manju ma'am is very knowledgeable and her ability to scientifically explain the techniques for each asana enables the young generation to build trust and connect with their body practically as well as theoretically.

    Starting my yoga journey from Mrityunjaya yoga has improved my mental and physical health enormously. Trainers and environment here are very supportive and friendly. In a few days you'll experience positive changes in your body physically , mentally and emotionally. Manju mam is very supportive throughout and will help you reach your fitness goals. If you are planning to start your health journey i would surely recommend Mrityunjaya yoga.

    Mrityunjaya yoga is the best yoga and meditation center of chhattisgarh.Different aasans and pranayam techniques with all detailing will really help you to understand your body and mind connection. Every Saturday one special class is taken by Manju mam.Saturday class is special not only because of its variety like jalneti, tratak, vaman kriya, naad yog, blind fold yoga and many other kriyas but we can heal and recover our body ourselves by doing these kriyas. Hartiest thank you mrityunjaya yoga team for your great work. 🙏

The yoga instructor was not only knowledgeable and skilled but also incredibly supportive and encouraging. Their passion for yoga was evident in the way they guided us through each pose, emphasizing the importance of mindfulness, breath control, and proper. Really thankful to Manju mam, Asha mam, Preeti mam for their love and warmth ❤️ The class itself was a perfect blend of physical challenges, mental relaxation, and spiritual connection. Through a series of dynamic sequences and invigorating asanas, we were able to explore our bodies' capabilities and push ourselves to new limits. The instructor skillfully balanced strength-building exercises with gentle stretches, allowing us to build stamina while also nurturing our flexibility and balance.     The yoga sessions have been really helpful. Esp post covid recovery breathing exercises have helped me. Sessions of Yog Nidra, Naad Yoga and Rudra Dhyaan have been exceptionally peaceful and calm.

    When i joined yoga i was having severe back pain and i joined for post partum weight loss..In 2 months I lost inches and my body has become more active and flexible..Being a mother of 8 month baby I face irregular sleep routine but due to beautiful environment i get motivated to get up and go to class..True yoga is not about the shape of our body, but the shape of our life. . Sir and mam provides excellent yoga environment that to help me relax whole body. I feel very helpful when I m attending the class. And will be continued!Thank u sir and mam for motivation, guidance and best yoga asanas ❣️

    My experience with Mrityunjay Yoga has been very positive and transformational. Manju ji is exceptionally good in what she does. I have been practicing yoga online with the guidance from the instructors and it has really worked well for me. I have also done yoga nidra with Manju ji and i got a lot of answers of my life in the sessions. I am able to see things much more clearly. I definitely recommend them.

    Mrityunjay Yoga is the best place for practicing yoga in Raipur. The trainers give the minute details about the aasans and its benefits. The place has lots of positivity. I have started feeling better and the effects of yoga has benefited me in my daily routine.
