It's not exactly meant for people, but it's for goods to carry. The mattress used to stink and the double occupancy sleeper is very narrow. There is no bedsheet. However, the bus fare is high. You will experience it, when you travel.

The worst experience i have ever had with any bus services. The bus staffs are not well trained how to behave with fellow passengers. I was supposed to get down some where the bus stopped but the staffs didnt allowed me to get down by giving a reson your bag is in side the locker u will get down in next stoppage. Its very difficult for me to track down the location as I was very much new in the town. The coductor was saying "jyaada akkad mat dikha main bhi akkad main aa jaunga....jo ukhadna hai ulhaad le". Wrost bus service Poor staff They are not using AC taking full charges

Very worst experience.....these people take money for AC but they don't start ,after complaining they start blower.....they think we people are mad.very bad bus. Please try not to travel with this bus.Even after continue complains they don't care.These people only want money.SUCH A HORRIBLE BUS .PLEASE DONT TRAVEL FROM IT.

Took bus from Rewa to Raipur. Most unprofessional behaviour you can find. They stop of the AC every now and then. The phone charging sockets are not functional. They force to share sits. What is been offered for a Rs 1600/-!!!. A shameful professional act.

Never book this bus they change bus on pretend of breakdown and shift another bus which is inferior quality and no AC working and they never return difference amount.They cheat people and red bus is also not taking any action.The staff or manager behaviour is also pathetic.

Behaviour of the driver n conductor was third class and worst Mother tongue from the passenger the Route of prayagraj to Raipur.. It was Going to rural Route single way pebbles paddles fill on all the time. Some places like sidhi manendragarh dadriya pendra etc. And bus service is very worst .and poor Sleeping birth was small in size i could not Sleep well all the time.. Too much bad experience with the booking office at dharmpura Jagdalpur . Even they didn't tell to passenger that what the timing of bus arrival or departure to them who make their ticket online. If you make online ticket their are no one responded your call. Very poor

Making people fool by putting new bharat benz in all online platforms and running old leyland poor condition buses. Staff are very rude in nature and have not sense of handling customers. Rubbish service while traveling and fake commitment before booking birth. I booked ticket for Jagadalpur to Durg but bus dropped me in raipur giving Rs 20 at 4.30 am when I was with my wife and kids......don't use their service.

1. The staff response is good. 2. Safe-keeping of luggage is available at their counter if you want to go outside for sometime. 3. I have travelled from Raipur to Jeypore. Pre-booking over phone is available. Sleeper bus (Payal) quality was good.
