Too much staff attitude, never visit this arrogant store. Go to Ethos ambuja it's way better with more collection. Buying a watch of 50k is nothing to them . The owner should close this shop immediately as they had similar complaints earlier regarding the rudeness of the staff the owner should try some cheap street food business.

I visited the showroom and I am shocked by the egoistic behaviour of staff. I chose a Tommy Hilfiger watch priced at 10495/- Model no : NCTH1782359 but then I saw it had a lot of scratches at the back. I asked the salespeople about it and they said it’s common to have scratches when the watch is handled. I showed him the current watch I was wearing which is Rado and I purchased it from them few months ago. I showed them how it has no scratches. They straight away mocked my statement and said, “sir, aap ne rado pehn Rakhi hai isliye scratches nahi hai” I replied back that even ₹10495/- has some value and it’s not cheap. They just didn’t accept this fact. According to them, if a watch is cheaper, it will have a lot of scratches because of handling and they are ready to sell an old looking, Mishandled product to the customer. If the owner really cares about customer satisfaction then they should ask the staff/Cashier about the model number of the watch mentioned above & its discussion with the customer. I visited your shop on 08/12/2022.

Rude staff. If you buy expensive watches, they’re nice to you and if you go for something which is not “expensive”, they use illogical statements to justify the price ( the same watch is available for a much less price, in the watch company’s website ) and quality( scratched watches).
