I had called and asked if there's any waiting, they told me there's no waiting and you can come anytime. But when I reached, there was a long queue of people already waiting. If the salon is crowded, just let us know, we'll schedule our service for later. Why call us their and make us wait? I know you don't want to lose even a single customer, but because of your unprofessional attitude, we are losing our time.

Actually there receptionist is very bad and very poor in managing desk She made me wait for more then 2 hours and later said you don’t have appointments for the hair cut later she realise she was messing with names and asked me to wait for another two hours I would say please this is not a place to wast sp much of your time to get just a hair cut

Terrible service. Really unprofessional staff told me the hairdresser will be free within 20 mins but took an hour to get someone for me. To be honest the barber wasn’t well trained as well left me with rashes on my neck! No cleanliness as well. Staff fighting over who’d take over clients and who won’t. Thankyou for making me feel like my time isn’t as worthy as yours.

The best saloon in the city of Raipur. This unisex studio is a favourite amongst the city dwellers. The ambience is great. The interior is very nice with a view of the Telinandha Lake from the studio. The staff is very courteous and effective. Overall a lovely place for haircuts and all your saloon needs.

They charged 400 rs for the worst haircut. My friend was totally unhappy as it was the worst cut ever .

Only go to this place when you have no self respect. I had gone for a haircut, they asked me to wait for 10min but made me wait for more than 45-50 min, while they served customers in who came way after me, to the point that, a customer just came and was immediately escorted to the barber, and the service was immediately started while I was sitting over there, waiting for my number like my time doesn't matter

Very crowded.. and earlier this was one of the best saloon. But now the quality has degraded because of customer service.. they don't give you even 5 mins and the staff have no idea as to what treatment your hair requires. They are going to ask you only what you want. They don't have any expert opinion about your hairs. Moreover the cost is on the higher side

I visited the place with an appointment but i was made to wait as the barber were busy attending the other barber as the other barber was in need of an haircut and his haircut was more important than the clients haircut.

They won't provide you proper service. They changed the guy in the middle of the work & sent a trainee for finishing it up. The trainee also left his work incomplete. Poor experience. Don't this it's worth a visit next time.

Went here for my hair colour. They completely ruined my hair colour the first time i visited. But then when i complained and asked them to fix it, they did it nicely. Was a little bit dissatisfied and disappointed with not so trained staff.

I went their for hair cut just because of their name...but they shorten my hair almost short even after I asked them not to shorten it much...and apart from that I asked for layers but they did stepcut..even after telling which cut i want they did according to themselves only..very dissatisfied with their service

If you got money in your pocket, just go here, it will be worth. Hair dressers will be recommending you different therapies for better hair, which you can only try and experience (I got none). Overall good service.
