Sitting in sleeper class waiting area. Structured seating arrangements. Out of two wash rooms, one for physically challenged people. Mobile charging points are there a lot. Very good wifi from Google.... No worries if you happened to wait for a long time.... you'll not feel bored. It's very cold outside. But inside its pleasant. Floors are well maintained. Very clean

At Raipur railway junction and city bus stop is near by about 50 meter away. A ram ji temple is there very beautiful and attractive place must have to go there just near by gate 1 of railway station.
