Doesn't even deserve one star rating.. they killed my friend's father..and we are entitled to filling a lawsuit against the hospital citing medical negligence... we took him to the hospital at around 1 am when he was complaining of chest pain and burning, leading to pain and stiffness in his left hand.. Rather than ordering an ECG, the emergency doctor misdiagnosed it as indigestion and gave him an injection even though it did nothing and he was still in a lot of pain.. but they disregarded it and asked him to calm down and not make it as big a deal and return home. We returned and he was still experiencing difficulties so we went back to the hospital at 3 am and they still didn't perform an ECG and gave a painkiller and asked us to return at 11 am next morning, which we did, where they diagnosed him with a gall bladder stone and said they wouldn't perform any tests until he's admitted.. They wanted to operate just to seek money when in fact he was having a heart attack for the past 18 hours.. Which had it been diagnosed, it would've atleast prevented the aftermath. When we pressured them into doing an ECG at that time, they did it reluctantly and couldn't read the report as well.. and said that there's a minor issue with it when that was what that initially needed to be done..when we later consulted another doctor and took him to the synergy, his heart was only 25% left, ultimately leading to his death. The next time you feel with a patient think about the fact that he's not just your source of money but somebody's whole entire world and it might not make a difference to you but it results in the mental death of the family too...This is a proper case of medical negligence and can result in the shutdown of the entire hospital, which is a drastic step that we:ll take if no necessary measures are taken.

I know this comment doesn't matter for the Hospital but i am writing this for citizens who are seeking for treatment here. The doctor's are good as per the fee they are charging but the billing staff don't have the manners to talk with patient and their relatives. They are bheaving like sales womens and men who are sitting for only minting money. It is my suggestion to doctor's who are running this hospital, if you are taking this seriously, hire some educated persons as receptionist or teach them medical ethics first. Your pharmacy and pathology charging more than the double rates as compare to the market price don't know hospital adminstration involved in this or not.

PHARMACY- ***** Pharmacy is very good they privide all the medicines, very polite and very humble. Thanks to them also. SECURITY of the hospital is very good. All the wards rooms are very clean. My Experience with Dr Vidushi is awesome. because of Mam and her support I delivered a baby girl with normal delivery 😊 while there were cord looped in the baby's neck. I am fully satisfied with the treatment, care and support. Staff is very caring and supportive too. Thank you 🙏🙏

Wonderful experience with Arihant hospital. Dr. Vidhushi Jain is an amazing doctor, she has guided me and cheered me up for all 9 months of my pregnancy and the staff was always helpful and kind. They ensured I had a smooth prep, delivery, and follow-up. I am so glad I chose Arihant hospital and would highly recommend to anyone.

For me Dr. Vidushi Join is ok, but the management and staff is reduculus. There is lack of experience staff and they don't have basic knowledge. For example my wife done tube test and they have not given any injection for pain, same was done to the next patients. The staff should know how painful the process. The second thing till 10 min they were unable to do tube test then my wife herself ask to call doctor then she completed process. Another example same injection given by there staff and outside, it's always painful when given by them. Last one no central system everything was messed.

Dr facility is good specially Dr Mayank Nautiyal service is very very good his behaviour as like my family member his treat as like my big brother housekeeping facility not bad but satisfactory nursing staff behaviour is very good

Got my Re-RCT and fillings done by Dr. Apoorva Jain and she did it so nicely I felt no pain. People can visit without thinking twice. Pathetic experience of gynecologist vidhushi Jyala jain.. reminds me the hospital scene of movie 'Ek tha Gabbar' I went there for abortion of my unwanted 2nd baby...they took 2 blood test + 3 times ultrasound + 1 injection + other medicine.. i did only 2 ultrasound for my 1st baby which I want to keep. But for 2nd baby (1st month)she made me to pay for 3 ultrasounds.. lastly she did not give me the name of medicine so that next time I will go through the full procedure... regarding other doctors, I don't know... but DR Vidushi was pathetic...

Pathetic management, rude and clueless staff, no knowledge about the medical field, after giving my file in ultrasound room to DR. BN TRIPATHI, thay made us wait for 1.5 hrs and after asking about how much more time will it take they informed they dont have any file of the patient, they lost the patient file and didnt have any idea whats happening, i dont know about the doctors but the staff needa to be improved.

Dr vidushi jain mam is best gynecologist in dehraun atleast she is one left with abundance of knowledge and good clinical hand.i myself Dr but as attendant I want and I personally recommend her. she is only in dehradun who goes for normal delivery otherwise many gynecologist practice only cesarean which is very bad practice. Staff of arihant is by far very good trust me on that which is led by ekta.we as family feel in good hands of Dr vidushi.

We were very optimistic to go for this hospital on Sept. 03, 2022. However, the staff behaved so rudely over the phone each time we called for an appointment. So we Dropped the Idea to get treatment here. Going for Kanishka Hospital Now. Far Better responsive staff there.

I visited the hospital in emergency and was given treatment by emergency staff with supervision of doctors, but next day I again visited with pain. I got admitted in the hospital with the complaint of kidney stone pain, which I can't explain in word. Treatment was given to me by Dr. Nitnav Bhatnagar for 3 days with fluid therapy. I was having pain during my treatment but it was well managed by doctor and nursing staff. I really appreciate the gesture of front desk staff, nursing staff and everyone. I am having a wonderful experience in Arihant Hospital for Dental Surgery. Dr. Apoorva Jain is very professional and very kind in addressing my dental concerns. She is doing an amazing job with my dental treatment, very little pain and is very gentle. She explained the dental condition that I am having in a way that is very easy to understand.
