I am writing this after my personal experience, I took d tan session from here but they spoiled my eyebrow color. My eyebrows natural color changed to brown and it's looking horrible. For me the overall experience was bad.

If you are going for a treatment related to hair, it's fine. The salon time mentioned here is misleading. I had an appointment for 10:30 am, I came at 11 and yet they made me wait for half an hour because they did not have a key to the products almirah. Then they started searching for it. When I entered the Parlor, the salon girls stood there and were giggling and talking rather than getting things in order. It is sad how this place, does not keep to its brand name. There is sloppiness and mismanagement. They do not value the time of the customer. For every service they require to "search", literally search the products (as if they are here for the first time) for twenty minutes. If I want sloppy service, I'll not prefer to spend that money on "vlcc". I am not paying thousands of rupees for wasting my time while they "look for" their products in their own salon.

Poor service... I paid for hair lazer treatment but they don't even have machine. Such a big brand but have single machine for nagpur n Raipur..m waiting from more thn 45 days for the treatment n services are very poor. They dnt even cll u that machine is here. I hd to call n remind them about my treatment n i get same answer...machine is travelling. They made me fool too money from me n such a worst brand. In my 1st session l called them for my session.. they forget .luckly that was the last day of that machine in Raipur. Vlcc took money bt forget thr customer.. they dont even hv courtesy to call client. I get messages every day about new offer but dnt get any msg about my prebooked services. A BIG ZERO TO U.

I have visited first time at VLCC after going through goods reviews. Hair Spa service is worst here, no conditioning observed, fully wastage of money. Really disappointing, not expecting this kind of service, even complaint to the front desk supervisor, no response at all. service provider - Bharati Sen

Staffs are generous especially Payal, always welcome with humility and never forget to take feedback at the end. Consultation by Dr.Seema Mam was so overwhelming, she listened to all my concerns and gave exact remedies and suggested the right treatment that was needed. My Hair Keratin Treatment is done by Rani. She is awesome and skillful. Definitely knows her work very well. I can see hair loss has reduced to a large extent. Can see hair growth, smoothness and shine is also back.🤩💕 Thank you Vinita Mam for your humble service.🙏🏻

I was thinking of getting hair treatment here but after seeing so many Negetive reviews,nope. I see a trend in raipur, not just vlcc,many established brands get ruined here due to local incompetent staff.

Had a really good experience. Staffs are polite and experienced. Interior is calm and peaceful. I am having pre-bridal services there and got a great deal with the package.

Unnecessary expensive services. I did hair spa there they gave me superficial head massage not giving shoulders and back massage imfact others salon do it and they charge 2400₹(including taxes ) is not worthy. Now time to change salon🙂

Previously customer satisfaction was their main target, now a days since past 1 to 1.5 years, no one at the centre is concerned about customer satisfaction, they are just interested in booking packages and forget about everything else. They will not respond to your needs, phone calls nothing.

Phenomenal experience. The staff is cordial, polite and helpful. The discount offers made the head to toe beauty services very reasonable. Great massage, good quality and for sure great ambience. Great overall! Also, my personal recommendation would be the moroccan hair spa. Loved it.
