The room is cozy and clean. Good Breakfast & coffee. We had a comfortable stay. Thank you.

City hotel at the Center of Turku, near Bus and train Station. 7 Min to the Cathedral and lively Riverside. Practical, quiete, but not the newest hotel. Very friendly receptionist. Ideal for 1-2 Days.

room was very clean. heating from the floor staff were polite and friendly location was quite not good. elevator was not very safe due to shaking. breakfast was great. we were there for 5 days but towels were not be replaced in whole our stay which I didn't like it.

Where should I start? Receptionists were as entertaining and motivated as a sorry pavement in downtown. Reception opening times is very restricted, so we had to change plans in order to be able to talk with them... With regard to the room... Well.. Pigeon holes are larger. There were no carpets. Ac broken. Windows cannot be opened. When we checked in at around 5pm room was still not cleaned up - blankets everywhere, sweaty pillows, and God knows what those stains came from.. Breakfast next... The breakfast hostess looked at us like we were pests (because we did not look Finnish). The food selection was really limited. Bacon tasted like fried rat. We were also expected to put the dirty dishes to the cleaning rack ourselves. With regards to facilities... This hotel is a frikkin labyrinth. Doors adjacent to other doors. One pull to open. The other push to open. Then after the corridor you have to push both open. And the amount of permutations on the door opening strategies will leave you flabbergasted and demotivated to start the day. Not to mention that furniture looks so old and rundown. Now the best of all is that I can't believed we paid Eur100 a night!!!! Worst hotel in terms of price to value ratio..

Vastaanotto oli mukava ja opasti lähistöä hyvin.

Olimme mieheni kanssa aamiaisella tässä paikassa, paikka on siisti ja valoisa ja viihtyisä, henkilökunta oli ystävällistä ja iloista, aamiainen oli hintaan nähden kattava. Käydään kyllä jatkossakin joskus siellä.

Pieni nostalginen hotelli hyvällä sijainnilla aivan linja-autoaseman vieressä. Huoneet siisti, mutta sika vanhoja. Hyvä aamupala ja ystävällinen henkilökunta.

Erittäin hyvä paikka esim.käydä aamukahvilla tai glögiä juomassa.Hyvää ystävällistä palvelua.Hyviä tuotteita ostettavaksi vaikka kotiin tai lahjaksi jollekin.Arkiaamuisin aukeaa jo 6:30 mikä on myös erittäin hyvä asia.Suosittelen käydä 😊👍❤☕️

Ystävällinen palvelu, kaikki toiveeni huomioitiin huoneen sijainnin ja lisävarusteiden suhteen. Täällä oli hyvä toipua useampi vuorokausi selkäleikkauksen jälkeen. Sänky oli hyvä, kunhan petauspatja pysyisi paremmin paikallaan pyörivän selkäleikkauspotilaan alla. Huone oli siisti eikä liikenteen äänet häirinneet nukkumista, vaikka vilinää riitti joka puolella. Ilmastointi helpotti nukkumista, kun pystyi säätämään huoneen lämpötilan sopivaksi. Jääkaapin äänet eivät häirinneet, pääasia oli että siellä pystyi säilyttämään juomat kylmässä. Aamiainen ja lounas löytyi muutaman askeleen päästä, kun huoneeni oli hissin lähellä. Jatkossa jos matkustan Turkuun valitsen tämän hotellin.

Erittäin ystävällinen asiakaspalvelu ja hotelli oli aivan ihana, pieni kodikas hotelli. Aamupala maukas, sämpylät makoisia. Sijainti myös loistava. Suosittelen erittäin lämpimästi majoittumaan hotelli Helmeen🤩

Suloinen hotelli, henkilökunta, aamiainen ja kulmahuone! Kaiken lisäksi vielä hyvä sijaintikin.

Olin varannut huoneen, mutta sairastuin ja jouduin perumaan huoneen samana päivänä. Halusin antaa palautetta hotellin joustavuudesta, peruminen onnistui maksutta vaikka check in aika oli jo alkanut, joten kiitos siitä! Tänä päivänä ei tällaista joustavuutta todellakaan ole itsestäänselvyys. Tulen ehdottomasti joskus toiste :)

Location is just spot on if you’re taking a bus as it’s right by the bus station. And then everything in Turku is at walking distance. Very friendly staff. Breakfast is ok, but even if the restaurant area looks nice it’s a bit small to handle all the guests so if you’re unlucky you might have to wait to get a table to get breakfast... They do have excellent breakfast hours on weekends though (until 12). Single room was quite big, but the towels might need a refresh. No 24h reception but as long as you have your key, I had no problems getting in late at night.

Excellent location for intercity travelers. Good breakfast hours. Overall experience is good.

If you are traveling and arrived in Turku early in the morning and are hungry. Look no further. Helmi has one of the best breakfast buffe I've every had. Good selection and quality in a neat place. Highly recommended!

Nyt stayed over night but breakfest and lunch are so tasty.
