Cosy place with tasty food. Good salad and pizza

After waiting 15 min. for the garçon who saw us but never came, we went to order inside. That was the practice apparently. Why no one told us?..i don't know. We had to wait 45 minutes to get 2 expensive pizzas. 19 euro for my "prosciutto and chanterelles pizza" about half the standard size (that would be nearly 38euro for a normal one). It had cold and full of water chanterelles on it (were the chanterelles frozen + not properly prepared...certainly). The service was particularly unfriendly, as an example the garçon removed our plates and then asked us if we were done: in clear "next!". I am clearly unhappy to pay this much for under-the-average-food-quality (even for Finnish standard), and such an unfriendly service.

Located along side river Aura, this is a lively cosy restaurant with both indoor and outdoor seating. Went there recently for the first time and was very pleased with the service. Staff speaks both Finnish and English and was very helpful. Restaurant is quiet busy in the evenings, so better to make a reservation beforehand. For reservations it is better to make a call and ask directly. Food was great both quantity and quality wise.

Overal we had a good time there, food tasted very good but could have been slightly better, larger proportions and cheaper.

The food is great, service is quick and friendly. The place itself is a bit crowded and thus noisy, but it is not an issue as long as you don't have a party with over four people. Again, food tastes great and there are enough variables to choose from. The wine list is a quality one and there are alcohol free options in the beer/cider list also.
