Just a wonderful spot to stop off, whether for a sit down and a drink, or for some lunch. The drink menu is like nothing I've seen before (a rare cup of English breakfast was appreciated). Staff are extremely friendly and helpful, I would highly recommend. It deserves its ranking as one of the best cafés in Helsinki!

Coming from a transplanted New Yorker, Brooklyn Cafe's bagels are as close to the real thing as you'll find in Helsinki. Cupcakes are delicious. Super-friendly people and quick email responses for orders. Highly recommended.

Brooklyn cafe has become one of my favourite places to be. Whether it's for breakfast, lunch or an afternoon coffee, you are never disappointed. Huge variety of bagels available and thr cupcakes are just to die for. Great coffee as well and absolutely charming staff. Always friendly and welcoming.

Nice place, there is really a Brooklyn feel to it. Friendly staff. They have a lot of latte flavors compared to usual cafes in Finland. I tried the hazelnut latte and it was great, not to sweet, just nice. They have had well cupcakes and bagels, both with gluten free options.

Summer special: avocado bread with strawberry <3 I have never eaten so good avocado bread. Try it until you can! Citron cupcake had also great structure and taste. I highly recommend this cafe for a cup of coffee. Slightly slow service so go there when you have time. Friendly and positive staff.

Amazing small coffee house with best bagels! Breakfast set 13,50€ includes coffee from classics or tea, smoothie, natural yoghurt with granola n berries and bagel with cream cheese (add greens +1,40€). Possible enjoy old books or just work a bit while enjoying your bagel!

I was missing good bagels from the U.S. so I came here to get my fix. The bagels must have been catered towards the local crowd, because there was less seasoning on the everything bagel than I am used to, and no salt. 4/5 because its definitely one of the better bagels I've had outside the U.S. but with small improvements it could be incredible!

The ambience at the café is relaxing, with soft music and mismatched chairs and tables. It feels like an antic store, but with coffee and really good cupcakes. There are vegan and gluten-free options for cupcakes and food, and lactose-free and vegan options for the drinks. Prices are pretty much the same as everywhere in the city, but bonus points for the atmosphere in my opinion.

Nice atmosphere and great music. I ordered a cupcake and tea. The cupcake was ok but tea was a big failure: tea leaves were powder and they leaked from the tea strainer to my drink which was not good. Another minus was the the personnel were not readily serving and they focused on answering phonecalls rather than serving customers first.
