Unprofessional is very polite way to express the service and experience we got from them. We ordered a sauna Renovations and they made such a BIG disaster that is hard to explain. The didn't ask any information before the sauna installation about the fuse size the cables or ask a photo it self Like all professional companies do. Instead they send an incompetent electrician that broke down our old sauna didnt just removed it broke it in pieces and took it to the garbage with out asking if we need it to keep it or sale it like used. The reason was that she broke it was that was to heavy to remove it . Yes you read right. This was only the beginning the real trouble is coming. Then she connected the 6kw sauna to the 3,6 kw cable and activated the 2 front elements of the sauna. She told us after finished the installation that maybe will work and explained that this where not the correct cables and she wants sure if the fuse will be able to hold this. We are back an forth one month now with Bauhaus to fix this issue.Initially the claim that the sauna will work optimal and is ok and safe to use But was it safe ? We called the Sauna manufacture Mondex and they where very professional they told us that he sauna will not give the optimal output and is a fire hazard if the front elements are connected because the one at the wall (the back element )has the thermostat . And there is more The holes for installing the new sauna should be done in the wooden panels but not to go through the wall( Need asbestos certificate to do holes in a bathroom ) the left the holes form old sauna open with out any silicon. I dont recommend to anyone use their services and I wish to nobody go through this experience the puts us . We where so happy we finally can have a new sauna for Christmas and new years and the only think they gives us was problems problems and they didnt even apologize I ask the coordinator Hey you should at least say sorry for this and then he said oups we are sorry. So make your own occlusion

Good selection, affordable prices. Plenty of parking space even for bigger vans. You can loan a trailer for the bigger items like woodwork.

This store has a huge selection of tools and materials. However, when I was in today looking for ventilation tubes for my ac unit, it was extremely difficult to get assistance. Bauhaus' website would not load item listings so I was unable to find item locations that way. Most of the employees were too engrossed in conversation with each other to do more than point in a direction and go back to talking with each other. It was very frustrating to look for so long and end up leaving without the tube I needed.
