One of the worst experience. Myself and my husband are regular customers there .but the last service for both of us were so unexpected. Both of us did haircut which wasn't done properly at all. It's like giving our heads for the purpose of their training and if we even ask they will only try to convince us.unfortunately we can't fix the hair back ryt.! Also my husband paid again for the correction which is also not done properly. ofcourse the staffs are very polite and friendly but the service is what matters for a customer at the end .

Firstly I have got Curly Hair .I wanted to get my hair colored since many years but i have always had a second thought of stepping back as my curls might react the other way than expected. I visited naturals quite a few times and gained the trust here because of the Service that they provide. My personal favourite and go to person is Brindha. She has always cleared all my doubts in handling my hair. She did my hair color and I absolutely love her and the service by her. I would recommend this place for everyone in and around. I recently had my hair cut and head massage , very excellent service especially head massage I got very relaxing massage which done by a Anna who cannot able to see actually I forgot his name . I have tried head massage many spa’s but this is the best I have ever experienced that Anna was very kind and friendly he did very awesome job do try head massage over there especially with that Anna.
