I was a regular guest with my whole group of around 15 people. We visited at least 2-3 times in a week. Before few months we started experiencing poor hospitality. So we stopped going Imperial Palace. After a long gap I thought to visit Imperial palace with hope that they would have improved as it is one of the good property of Rajkot. But the experience was worst. 1. No welcome 2. Small restaurant was stinking so we changed to their bigger hall 3. Person who took order was very arrogant. No manners of how to talk with guest. 4. They placed 7 plates on table and out of that 4 were broken on the edge. When we complaint about that, they just ignored and served in same broken plates. 4. Starter (Cold) was served before Soup. 5. We had ordered less spicy soup, they served spicy. We just informed them that they take care while preparing Main course. He didn't responded. 6. When main course arrived, the rice was served cold. Curries were not prepared properly. It seemed whatever was available, they prepared from it. When we informed about that they changed it with stupid looks. It seems that their restaurant is doing well so they don't care. We can't expect such horrible services from a property like Imperial Palace.

Very good hotel located at yagnik road. I loved this place. Everything was very good. Can be recommended to everyone. It serves delicious multi-cuisine food at moderate price around INR 400/500 per person but it's worth it. It's open 24/7 so you can get all the food dishes anytime. Yeah in terms of taste, service, ambience, money, hygiene it's one of the best hotel in the town. Staff is very humble and down to earth. So do check it, I am sure you won't regret.

We stayed here for 2 nights. We were in a non smoking room, which had cigarette smell coming from the air con and when we complained they just sprayed air freshener. The air con wasn’t working properly either only stayed at 1 temperature which wasn’t cool enough. We requested for a new room, they said they don’t have any availability. The rooms were also outdated and needs to be decorated. The bathroom wasn’t cleaned properly, there was hair from previous guests or cleaners. Bedding was stained and marks on the walls. The crockery we were served in at room service was chipped and could easily cut your fingers. In my experience a 4* hotel would fix all of the above before the guests can see it! We enjoyed the food and the pool. Staff are moody… We stayed here for convenience, but will not be staying here again!

First of all , i am writing this review after my third stay in this hotel within last one year. For a 4 star (they call it 5 star!?) hotel, there are some very dissatisfying observations. This time I stayed in a Club Deluxe room with my wife and expected this to be a very pleasant stay, To begin with, the check-in experience at reception is generally cold (exactly opposite of warm welcome which i expect in a star rated hotel). No customary help with my luggage from car to reception, reception to room or back into the car on check-out. I found that unusual for India – may they have already adopted the practice from US/Europe hotels! The Club Deluxe room had wet patches on the walls – in the room as well as in bathroom too. One of the lights in the bathroom did not work either. Again i bet, it was owing to the recently concluded monsoon and it's after effects....Sample photographs attached… Besides, when i came back to my room after dinner, the room was filled with a strong smell of alcohol... I bet it's because of the central ac air flow which carried the smell from another room to mine..... So cheers 🥃🍺🍹🍸. But the worsts shock was when I saw half-used , left-left over bottles of toiletry in in bathroom. It was a good collection of shampoo , shaving gel, ...after shave lotion, talcum powder, EDT Etc . But this is the only star rated hotel i have seen in the entire world , which offers 'left-over' half-used containers of toiletries ... I strongly suggest to the hotel – not offering these will boost your hotel’s repute. See attached photograph. I did expect much better experience from a 4 star hotel. May be the hotel management has redefined the meaning of customer. 😊 = कष्टमर = कष्ट से मरने वाला . Don’t intend to stay in this hotel again. 😊

Staff behavior is very bad. We had a seminar there and there staff was not at all supportive. They haven't trained their waiter also. It doesn't look like a 3star hotel. Pathetic service. Only food was tasty.

The new building is good and well furnished but they prefer to book you for the old building. If you complain about the room condition multiple times then only they shift you to the newer side. Service is too slow.

The worst hotel ever to believe or trust. Guys please make sure you pay them after you use their services because once they receive the fund none of them are interested in giving services. After a continuous follow up of 2.5 months for refund for the money they have received they have just informed that we are no more going to look into this matter you directly have word with our (hotel's) bank. How professional this management can be called? Better to deal with precautions.

One of the worst service I have seen. Out of 12 towels, 8 had big stains of various colors - ink, blood, turmeric. Room had large glass window but it was of no use as people were walking past and can easily see inside the room. The toilet pot was dirty and had stains when we first entered the room although it had "disinfected" tag on it. Next day housekeeping came at 3pm just when we came back to the room, they said they got late, although there were hardly any guests in the hotel. Rooms are quite noisy, we could easily hear next room TV and conversations. Also nearby rooms doors were continuously opening and closing throughout the night, not sure what kind of guests keep coming and going in middle of the night continuously, something seemed shady, and also we had very disturbed sleep. The gym is open 7am-7pm. Please increase the hours, it needs to open by 5am, so people can workout and be ready when breakfast opens at 7am. The restaurant had good service, lots of food options, although the happy birthday songs were extremely loud, if you're not already deaf you're guaranteed to go deaf here. Planning to try Bizz next time and see if it's better than this.

Absolutely horrible. just good photos. Bathrooms have mould and Rooms have cracks and paint peeling off! Horrible service from breakfast area. The manager there is just a terrible man with awful service. The management should get rid of him as he will drive customers away. People locally haven’t seen much so for them this is new and come visiting in many. But people should not accept such terrible service.

Best deals in Rajkot that has consistently upheld excellence. When you rent a venue for any event, the food and service are of unrivalled quality. On your important days, you can always rely on their cuisine quality and service. Four-wheeler parking is provided in a nice location. Unfortunately, you must rely on Municipal corporation area outside the hotel for two-wheeler parking. The best option for premium offerings and a variety of dining options is right in the centre of the city.

Title: A Vegetarian Delight at Imperial Palace As a vegetarian, I was thrilled to visit Imperial Palace, a renowned vegetarian restaurant, and my experience surpassed all expectations. From the moment I entered the inviting establishment, the tranquil ambiance and attentive service set the stage for a memorable culinary adventure. Starting with the appetizers, the assortment of vegetable spring rolls was a perfect choice. Crispy on the outside and filled with a medley of fresh vegetables on the inside, they were bursting with flavor. The accompanying sweet and sour dipping sauce added a tangy kick, enhancing the overall taste. For the main course, I opted for the chef's specialty, the stir-fried tofu with mixed vegetables. The tofu was expertly cooked, achieving a delicate balance of texture and taste. The vibrant array of vegetables provided a delightful crunch, while the savory sauce brought all the elements together harmoniously. To conclude the meal, I savored a heavenly dessert, the coconut milk rice pudding. The creamy and fragrant rice pudding, infused with coconut flavors, was a delightful way to satisfy my sweet tooth. Imperial Palace truly caters to the discerning vegetarian palate, with a menu that showcases the finest plant-based ingredients. The attention to detail in flavor combinations and presentation is commendable, making every dish a work of art. In summary, Imperial Palace is a vegetarian paradise that captivates with its diverse menu, serene ambiance, and impeccable service. Whether you are a vegetarian or simply appreciate vegetarian cuisine, this restaurant is a must-visit

We had visited here for taking lunch. It was unlimited Gujarat thali with ₹399/- per person. Food was good and service staffs were polite and nice. Furthermore, when we entered we saw left hand side some magazines and newspapers which was international press like TOI, Hindus and other one. Hotel location is in centre of the city so every traveler can reach easily and enjoy there trip within city hesitate freely. I recommend this hotel for staying and lunch.

Best Hotel in Rajkot and maintained quality since years. Quality of food and service when you book hall for any function is unbeatable. You can any time trust on their food quality and service on your special days. Nice wallet parking for four wheelers offered. However, for two Wheeler parking, you have to rely on Municipal corporation space outside Hotel. It's in the middle of the city and best choice for premium offerings and wide range of food choices.

The Imperial Palace is truly a remarkable masterpiece of architectural and historical significance. Its grandeur and beauty are truly awe-inspiring, and one cannot help but feel a sense of reverence and admiration when walking through its halls and gardens. The attention to detail and craftsmanship evident in every aspect of the palace is truly impressive, and it is a testament to the skill and dedication of the artisans and craftsmen who created it. It is not only a testament to the rich history and culture of its country but also to the resilience and perseverance of its people. A visit to The Imperial Palace is an experience that is not to be missed, and I would highly recommend it to anyone who has an appreciation for art, history, and culture.

The food was awesome. And what I liked about most is the quantity with the quality. And the ambience is the best. You just feel awesome with the family or friends or your loved ones. If you are spending rs 300 plus at an average place then do visit imperial palace if you have yet to visit it

hotel at premium price for the city Centrally located hotel but lac finess viz a vee prices they charge. Service is little sluggish. Infrastructure is dated but rooms are clean and comfortable. But the airconditioner control is not going above 23 degree Celsius. So one has to shut off the AC if you feel too cold. The exhaust doesn't work. The TV settop box is hanging / resting on one corner of tv set is an eye soar. Shower roo doesn't have hand shower or sitting arrangement. The faucet is on opposite site with broken pipe in room 188. Towels could be if better quality. Breakfast was average in terms of spread and taste. The Bombay expresso coffee and masala tea were excellent though. This hotel has lots of scop of improvement.

Food: 5 * Service: 2.5 * Ambience: 4 .5 * This is the review for their restaurant. The staff at the restaurant needs to be trained to smile and appear friendly :) They're all so grim you'd think there's something wrong! And I'm saying this after 3 experiences (including the one last evening). Not a pleasant experience. Their demeanour while serving, taking orders, or even handing you the bill (cheque) is pretty much below average. Spoils your experience. Not sure if I'd like to visit again soon, despite the fact the food is really good.

1.Room Service was Good 2. Room size is good enough but management should update their rooms as room interior is very old. Nowadays everyone is looking for a comfort inside a good hotel although all the amenities were present but interior was like a old types... 3. Restaurant food is excellent, Preperation style,Taste everything is perfect. 4. Swimming pool and Zym facilities available along with Span and saloon. 5. Free airport pick and drop available.

The hotel is extremely overpriced and the service quality is extremely poor. The rooms are not comfortable and it overall ruined our family trip to rajkot. They have just focused on their lobby and reception but the room quality is extremely poor and unhygienic.

Extremely disappointed on this occasion, I emailed the hotel for the booking in advance, stated we were a family of 2 adults and 2 children, when we arrived we were informed the kids would be charged extra for beds, which was okay but then we were given a room where there was no space for the kids to sleep, was then given another room which was more expensive, still charged for extra beds, TV didn’t work as subscription was not paid for, called reception 5 times but never got it working, my cloths were taken Without my permission and washed, and I was charged, not only that we were leaving at 5am so didn’t need the laundry service. Absolutely an awful experience. Will not be coming back!!

Old property with old furniture and fittings. No hot water in taps at night. Only lukewarm water. Dirty curtains. Very good food, but the breakfast restaurant staff doesn’t know how to smile. Not rude but not welcoming also. Working just for the sake of duty.

I had previously dined at this restaurant and had a great experience, but my recent visit was a major let down. The service was slow and unprofessional, with staff lacking attention to detail and seeming disinterested in providing a good experience for customers. This was a stark contrast to my previous visits, where the service was top-notch. Additionally, the food quality has also declined. This was especially disappointing given the restaurant's previously high standards and menu descriptions. Overall, I would not recommend this restaurant as it seems to have gone downhill and there are better options available in the area

My wife and I checked in here on 23rd Nov this year. We were supposed to be in the deluxe room, not cheap. And we were very, very disappointed with the room - it was poorly decorated and very dirty. After complaining, we were given another room, which was of the same quality. The AC unit was extremely loud too. We complained yet again at 11pm, and were given a third room. This room was passable, but still lower quality to what you'd expect "deluxe" to be. The management had no sense of customer service. They laughed off our complaints and often ignored our claims and did not take us seriously. In particular, the Exec Manager, John Kuriakose had no interest in helping us. I do not recommend.

Food is good but Get good connection at hotel if you visit on weekends or else your family wud need to wait more than 1-2 hours… as people having connections gets first preference to get into restaurants within 10-15 minutes.

recently had the pleasure of staying at a wonderful hotel and I cannot recommend it highly enough. From the moment I arrived, I was impressed with the level of service provided by the staff. The room was clean, spacious, and well-appointed with all the amenities I needed. The bed was comfortable and I slept soundly every night. The hotel's facilities were also impressive, including a fitness center, pool, and on-site restaurant that served delicious meals. One of the things that really stood out to me was the location of the hotel. It was centrally located and made it easy for me to explore the surrounding area. Additionally, the hotel's concierge was always available to offer recommendations and assist with making arrangements for transportation or activities. Overall, my stay at this hotel was a fantastic experience. I would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a comfortable and convenient place to stay. The level of service, attention to detail, and overall quality of the hotel exceeded my expectations and made my trip all the more enjoyable.
