First
of
all
,
i
am
writing
this
review
after
my
third
stay
in
this
hotel
within
last
one
year.
For
a
4
star
(they
call
it
5
star!?)
hotel,
there
are
some
very
dissatisfying
observations.
This
time
I
stayed
in
a
Club
Deluxe
room
with
my
wife
and
expected
this
to
be
a
very
pleasant
stay,
To
begin
with,
the
check-in
experience
at
reception
is
generally
cold
(exactly
opposite
of
warm
welcome
which
i
expect
in
a
star
rated
hotel).
No
customary
help
with
my
luggage
from
car
to
reception,
reception
to
room
or
back
into
the
car
on
check-out.
I
found
that
unusual
for
India
–
may
they
have
already
adopted
the
practice
from
US/Europe
hotels!
The
Club
Deluxe
room
had
wet
patches
on
the
walls
–
in
the
room
as
well
as
in
bathroom
too.
One
of
the
lights
in
the
bathroom
did
not
work
either.
Again
i
bet,
it
was
owing
to
the
recently
concluded
monsoon
and
it's
after
effects....Sample
photographs
attached…
Besides,
when
i
came
back
to
my
room
after
dinner,
the
room
was
filled
with
a
strong
smell
of
alcohol...
I
bet
it's
because
of
the
central
ac
air
flow
which
carried
the
smell
from
another
room
to
mine.....
So
cheers
🥃🍺🍹🍸.
But
the
worsts
shock
was
when
I
saw
half-used
,
left-left
over
bottles
of
toiletry
in
in
bathroom.
It
was
a
good
collection
of
shampoo
,
shaving
gel,
...after
shave
lotion,
talcum
powder,
EDT
Etc
.
But
this
is
the
only
star
rated
hotel
i
have
seen
in
the
entire
world
,
which
offers
'left-over'
half-used
containers
of
toiletries
...
I
strongly
suggest
to
the
hotel
–
not
offering
these
will
boost
your
hotel’s
repute.
See
attached
photograph.
I
did
expect
much
better
experience
from
a
4
star
hotel.
May
be
the
hotel
management
has
redefined
the
meaning
of
customer.

Don’t
intend
to
stay
in
this
hotel
again.
