Great food and service. One of the famous hotel in Rajkot. Not as good as five stars of other cities which might be newly constructed but this one of the five star hotel of Rajkot and they have lived up to the standards till date.

Comfortable stay!!! One of the best hotel to stay during official visit. Clean, hygienic and spacious room. Food is delicious. Breakfast spread was quite good. Service is top notch. Check in and check out were quite smooth. Overall good large property. Ample car space available with drive room facility.

I was initially skeptical when reading reviews online, but this hotel exceeded my expectations in every way. The room size was massive, and I was pleasantly surprised to find a separate area for luggage storage. The washroom and bathroom were top-notch, complete with a razor for shaving and a well-stocked hygiene kit, including toothbrush and toothpaste. The attention to cleanliness was impressive, with spotless towels and bedsheets. The room itself was incredibly spacious. Upon arrival at the reception desk, I was warmly welcomed with a refreshing drink and a wet hot towel, setting a perfect tone for my stay. The hotel even boasts a beautiful swimming pool. The ultimate highlight, however, was the breakfast the next morning, which was simply outstanding. The staff members were incredibly warm and welcoming throughout my stay. I highly recommend this hotel for its comfort, cleanliness, and exceptional service. It made my stay truly memorable.

We were in Rajkot for a drumcircle and we stayed here. The entire team - from front desk to restaurant was humble and helping. Prompt response even at late hours. Great food and service. The rooms are really good. Overall, a great place for a stay.

Awesome services at the cafe! I often like to come and work here. Ms. Monika and Dev from the staff at the cafe are really co-operative. It's the best place to come and work from to get away from the boredom of work from home culture. I specifically love having pizza and cookies. I would suggest everyone should give it a try.

It's good hotel at below 3K price point and recommended to go for it. Courtesy staff and good breakfast and ease access within town. It's 17 year old hotel in Rajkot having two wings Old and New. Old wing some rooms you may face difficulty in bathroom due to wear and tear of hardware accessories etc. Large lobby and all day coffee shop. Swimming pool area is smoking zone and many may not like it. Late evening its like hub of guest smokers around pool and cigarette buds all over on floor.

A good place for celebrating Weddings and Birthdays. The rooms are average. The ambience of the banquet was nice. Staff was polite and helpful. The food served in the banquet was good. They have good parking and vallet service. All entrances are wheelchair accessible. Overall the experience was good.

I was about to drop my friend from Nairobi who was staying in this hotel . Superb ambience,nice interior great location . A very good restaurant nice food ,good service ,huge reception...but... I am surprised to know that they didn't have a driver to pick up guest after 10.30pm I would like to suggest management to provide car service all the time . I stayed for first time in RPJ hotel but the experience was worst. I was given room in second building on 5th floor. The corridors had a pungent smell and air fresheners were not working. No ventilation. The mattress was very Hard. I couldn't sleep well. A.C remote was not working properly. inter phone was not working. Bathroom was not spacious. I would not stay again for business trip.

I have tried many good hotel brands around the country but staying here was a worse experience. We checked in the hotel after a long travel and we were shifted to a small room with washrooms in the pathetic conditions. After complaining against not given what was shown in the online pictures they told my online agent that we are exaggerating the fact and asked for more money to upgrade my room. When I refused they stopped replying me and I was forced to move to the reception and after an altercation they changed my room. Even they are changing for extra bedding but don't have rolling beds , we were forced to sleep on the floor. Highly not recommended.

The hotel was very good with good service and very helpful and courteous staff. The only thing we expect the hotel to provide us with was pick and drop off to airport be complementary and also the days which we stayed there the wifi network was a bit problematic. Other than that i would recommend this hotel for stay.

Regenta RPJ Is one of the Fantastic 3 star category Hotel situated on the Lavish and Well known location of Kalawad Road in Rajkot. Quality of food is Fantastic and taste is delicious. Staff is very obedient and Hardworking. Sufficient Car parking is available and Valet Parking facility is also available. Rooms have fantastic views of Kalawad Road specially during Night.

Absolutely horrendous services. Called them to book 2 rooms. The lady at the reception said they will call me back within 5 minutes. Did not receive a call for 20 minutes. Called them again and the lady put me through to a reception IVR that left me on hold for 5 minutes and then no response. Went to the hotel in-person to book hotel rooms and the lady asked me to wait for 5 minutes again. I waited at the reception for about 15 minutes and no one addressed my queries. My question to the management is, are you doing so well that you really don't need paying customers? Is this the level of commitment we can expect from your staff even if we want to book the room? Absolutely pathetic experience.

Thank to lady manager &Jaishree I just came on Sunday night with my family we loved rpj cafe cold coffee so we came to drink cold coffee but after coming to the hotel I saw that there is a lot of crowd then we are entering the cafe & lady manager welcomed us and told that we will have to wait a bit we told that we only have to drink cold coffee we were given such lovely service in lady manager so rush and made us drink very good cold coffee we couldn't ask his name then but I will definitely tell my friends family to visit in rpj hotel for good service &food and so much good staff thank you so much lady manager provide such e good service God bless you 👍

The location, hospitality, food is amazing. The staff are well trained and well mannered. We have a lot of events , small or big in rpj, and specially events on terrace on winter nights have its own charm. A very welcoming and warm property. Rooms are well maintained and comfortable.

It is one of the few hotels that is wheelchair friendly: be it the rooms, breakfast area or any other area. The staff is really kind and helpful and the overall ambience is really great. Would definitely re-visit.

Visited hotel for dinner today. Below average experience compare to offered prices. Despite of less crowd, service was very sluggish. Food was not up to the mark also cold food have been served. Ambiance was bit Good. Overall not a good experience.
