Zero star option not available. I should have given zero. Worst hair salon ever. They have 10 people who do haircut. Any random guy they picked and made him hair dresser. My hair dresser thinks, he just used trimmer and hair dryer and its done. He was not even aware of haircutting. They charged Rs. 300, which is almost equal to Jawed Habib. But don't know how to do haircut. I have been doing haircut in professional salon from Age 15. So this not just random guy who is giving rating. This salon is really worst.

Worst hair cutting and experience.... They charged me 400 rupees... Even though I paid 400 rupees, I was not satisfied with my hair cutting. And their staff was not a well trained.. I suggest you that if you have to spend 400 rupees or so, go to another salon than this one. If you pay enough amount,then that was their responsibility to give you fully satisfaction

It was a fabulous experience of clean with detain service at Bonanza saloon, wonderful service given by Mr. Ajay Gondaliya.

Second time CUT near lips and no apology , Worst experience while paying Rs.300 , koi focus nahi he koi professionalism nahi he , bus kese coustomer ka jali jali Kam karu and dusre customer ko bitha lu , even i have been into membership twice but they increase the price without any prior notice. Membership and treatment is not worth for money !

As it is a part of Bonanza Brand, the theme and decor was top notch but not the service. Visited this salon for my beard and my expectations were high due to it’s name but I was disappointed. The barber who attended me was very harsh on skin and doing wrong opposite cuts with Razors. I request the management to recruit professional staff that suits your brand rather than some novice.

It was for the first time that I visited for my son's hair cut and face cleaning. And the experience is wonderful Ajay Gondaliya service was out standing and all the other staff members too. Salman Bhai was very kind enough to guide us on the call too
