I went for kerasmooth treatment and the experience was very bad my scalp got burnt. I told the lady twice that the iron is touching my scalp but she continued saying thodu to thase! Other treatments may be good but think twice before taking hair treatment!

It was very bad experience for me coz i paid 9,000 rupees for MY engagement ceremony, but i was not at all satisfied with their makeup and after paying this much amount I should get satisfied makeup and the assistants are not really trained properly and they ruined my precious day. And the main person should check the makeup if she is not doing it she should atleast check that how her assistants are doing it properly or not. Don’t book any appointments for makeup

Bad experience specially for keratin treatment, first they will promote discount scheme and then once we go there at that time staff are saying like if you do this you will not get result so they will convince us for regular pack services and after that their staff will say do not blame us if you didn't get proper result and the main thing is all time they have new staff who are also not trained properly and literally i have faced worst experience because in my half hair there is no result and in half portion it was okay so it was really hard to manage when we have an occasion or any festival. so please improve your staff service as we are trusting your service.

Bonanza has recently opened its new outlet on kalawad road. Happened to visit for a manicur, pedicure. The new outlet looks fab and the staff are friendly and disciplined. I engaged with Jharna and Suhani and both of them were such good professionals..they knew their job well, they seemed genuinely concerned about the customer's comfort and convenience and gave me a lovely experience altogether! Wishing this new outlet the best !

I attended 23/11/2023 . For a manicure and pedicure . I’m from Australia . Staff were friendly and welcoming . The services provided were excellent. Hello. I'm from Rajkot n living in Mumbai. This place is very crowded place. There is no appointment system. So go early bcz u have to wait for ur turn. Not more than 15min to 30 min Bcz they have full staff. We did my daughter's hair cut n mine. My daughter loves her hair cut. Kajal did my hair spa with amazing massage. Very relaxed. Very reasonable price. Service was very good..

Worst..they always tries to do more..always blamed the previous parlours..will.suggest especially for hair care don't go there ...we dnt know which product secretly they re using ..first they will say this keratin will stick atleast 1 year..after just applying cream they will say..mam we re not giving guarantee Ur hair texture is not gud..this is nly for 2 or 3 months..

Haircut was awesome, just the place is too small for so many people and it is clumsy. 3 star rating as I took appointment but still they were following first come first serve and taking appointment was of no use and had to wait for 35 min for my turn.
