expected.
Everything
goes
well
until

day

delivery.
On
the
day
of
delivery,
the doctor
gave
us
reporting
time
at
8:30
AM.
We
have
chosen a
time
for
the delivery
between
1:00
PM
-
1:15
PM.
Because
C
section
is
confirmed
The
doctor
informed
us
at
1:10
PM
for
any
pediatrician
you
know
personally
OR
wanted
to
consult
a
pediatrician
from
our
network.
In
a
normal
scenario,
they
played
with
our
emotions
and
time.
As
humans
tendencies,
the majority of people
go
with
doctors'
advice,
and
the
same
we
did.
This
question
should
be
asked
when
we
have
admitted
at
the
time
of
hospital
at
8;30
AM
instead
of
1:10
PM.
No
one
from
the
staff
or
doctor
asked
about
pediatrician
references
or
not.

we
called
their
pediatrician

Dr.
Mitul
Undakat.

worst
doctor
I

ever

in
my
life.

our

Regarding
Sanidhya
Hospital:
Very
poor
experience
with
Dr.
Mitul.
He
is
not
enough
confident
to
give
proper
answers
to
the
questions
asked
by
the
parents.
Even,
didn’t
give
us
a
clear
answer
as
well.
Every
time
we
asked
him,
he
gave
a
diplomatic
answer.
We
kept
our
baby
for
2
days
there
and
then
we
discharged
our
baby
from
there.
During
the
discharge
process:
Very
pathetic
answer
from
staff,
doctors,
and
nurses.
Very
rude
behavior,
clearly
ignoring
the
behavior.
Whenever
do
we
ask then
how
much
time
is
still
required
in
process
of
discharge?
They
told
-
2
hours
even
after
waiting
2
hours
We
made
2
mistakes
one
by one
on day
1.
Chose
Shivalik
hospital
and
2.
Sanidhya
hospital.
If
google
allowed
a
negative
rating
then
I
would
have
given
a
negative
rating
to
this
hospital.
Regarding
security:
Let
me
tell
you
one
thing,
you
will
definitely
feel
more
secure
in
the
hospital
because
someone
from
the
staff
always be
there
(
hidden)
to
take
care
of
your
stuff.
They
have
kept
their
eye
and
ear
on
us.
What
we
are
doing
and
what
we
are
discussing.
What
we
need
to
ask
to
doctor
when
the
doctor
comes
for
a
visit
and
all.
The
doctor
know everything
before
she
came.
Privacy
is
a
myth
here.
Be
there
at
your
own
risk.
Regarding
Receptionist:
We
went
to
the
hospital
and
found
that
Receptionist/s
always
doing
gossip
instead
of
working.
They
are
doing
one
work
precisely
and
they
do
have
expertise
in
how
to
ask
remaining
payment
that’s
it.
They
made
mistakes
while
filling
birth
certificate
form.
the
worst
is
that
one
of
their
nurses
is
cheating
by
talking
with
us
being
a
Dr.
Hetal
mam.
Receptionist
feeling
like
Doctor's
doctor

we
didn’t
get
a satisfactory
answer
from
both
doctors.
Even
after
9
months
and
9
days,
the
mother's
health
is
extremely
good,

c
section
has

confirmed

our
baby
was
admitted
to

hospital

days.

the

weight
is

KG
People
are
facing
issues
but
they
don't

anything,

leave
