I went to this clinic after getting consultation from one more dermatologist. I feel this clinic suggests a lot of medical treatments which is not always necessary. After a lot of going back and forth, I decided to get co2 laser and yellow peel treatment. They gave me a quote of 6k. When I went for the treatment I ended up paying 7k because I was given a wrong quote. So two of the employees were not on the same page about the treatment price. I was flying the next day so I had no option left. Rubina who did my treatment was nice. I had to come back next day to get rid off few milia that were not removed in the first go. So that was a bit inconvenience for me. I would think about going there next time because of miscommunication.

They need a perfect price list . Even they themself are not sure and keeps and changing the price of services available there. If i talk about the result after facial on skin so it was 2 out of 10. Will never recommend or go back again. Even not satisfied with the staff.

Turned up to the clinic with pre-booked appointment and Doctor was not available. Only reason for 2 star is receptionist tried to support and find alternative options. Poor professionalism from Doctor for individuals travelling from afar. Please take into consideration and improve.

Pathetic time and queue management by the clinic receptionists. Despite taking prior appointment, they sent us back stating that the number of patients are not manageable for the day. When you expect us to be punctual with time , you guys should also be punctual. Do not waste precious time of people. Not everybody has the luxury of too much time that is why appointment system exists and this clinic has no respect for time of patients.

Entire treatment way its done from scratch to end with good care nd professionalism in treating nd expertise in procedures.Mostly free of harmful ingredients comparatively.Everyone from the doctors to the administration staff are well-knowledged, extremely friendly and willing to go the extra mile to help the patients. Efforts of Falguni r highly recommended 4 skin treatment. She poured her sheer experience nd care in treating my skin. I would like to thank the way they took care of my busy schedules by giving appointments as per my convenience that helped me to focus on my work schedules too without worries. From last 3 years im taking different services but now service's has gone worst. I would never recommend sakhiya clinic for hair removal treatment. I had worst experience with them and they are not willing to hear your complains. They say you will get 80% results when you go for enquire but didn't got even 30% results. I started complaining about not having even 10% results from 4th session but they were not bother. Everytime when I complain they just give one reply that you will get a call from them but they never call and when I made a call on toll free number they also give same reply you will get a call from clinic but they are not interested in solving customer problem for which they have paid. I would suggest not to spend your hard earn money for the service you don't get the result. Infact there are many other clinic which is cheaper and had good results. Specially rajkot branch is very pathetic, zero management, rude staff and manager of this branch always want me to take some or the other services and never here complains but always ready with some or the other exsuces.

Sakhiya skin clinic work is excellent and the staff is overall helpful and kind . Overall in Rajkot the Raiya Sakhiya skin is the best so i recommend you to go and visit the clinic as soon as possible. 👍
