Worst quality of service, worst kind of toiletoriea including towels and the conditions of rooms, hell. Had been there for my brothera wedding, had booked around 10 rooms, even for basic amenities like daily cleaning of room we had to pay tips and eatables to the attendants. Not at all recomended. Had no option but to give one star otherwise would have given a negate.

I visited this hotel with my friend for business purpose, It was best experience for me in Delhi over the years. The Hotel is 15 mins drive from airport. Staff was very courteous and friendly. The location of this hotel is perfect to visit anywhere in Delhi by metro or by any other means. Food availability around this hotel best thing. You can get all kind of food at very reasonable rate. The service provided by this hotel is at nice and that too at very reasonable rate. I am staying in this hotel every time i visit Delhi .

must avoid if you can. the staff are pathetic here. they DON'T wash the bedsheets, they simply rearrange them as I saw them do. there are a ton of mosquitos in this hotel. 3 times the flush didn't work which is extremely frustrating. I changed the room and again same issue in the bathroom. The air con started dripping water and had a sound like a generator. All in all, will rather live on the road next time than book in this hotel again.

Worst hotel neither flush is working nor staff is listening too that dirty kettle uncleaned bathroom

i booked this hotel a year ago and i have to search it again just to hate this guy and this hotel because it's just really trash the whole hotel and the rooms are very dirty and scary at midnight there's no shower in bathroom had to use bucket instead and they aren't even allow me to invite other people in hotel.

Worst place to stay ...... Their room was disgusting, washroom was not clean and the bedsheet was so untidy ..

For a start my friends where staying here hence why I tried to get about took for the night or else I wouldn’t think of a place like this. There were people sleeping on the floor at the entrance, the guy at the reception was extremely rude as if he didn’t want to be there, he asked My passport which I provided a copy off, he asked my visa which he doesn’t need to see but I provided that.. he asked for when the entrance to India was etc.. as if he was working at the airport. He asked for my friends ID which she provided but for some reason he still wasn’t happy. He said “sorry we can not give you a room and have no explanation at all, I didn’t bother arguing but I told him I’ll make sure I’ll report this.. hence the review.
