NOT RECOMMENDED Dont waste your day there. all the reviews on the oyo app are just misleading. The manager will take your phone at the time of checkout and will ask you for a checkout code. The funny thing is there is no such checkout code. So he will open the rating and will fill 5 stars, you can see the rating on the oyo app, they are highly suspicious. Also the hotel is in residence, so highly not recommended. Also the washroom stinks too much and the bedsheets are not good at all. at the end they will force you to book their hotel offline from next time rather than going through oyo. Their price ranges from 1000-1300 that is pretty expensive as compared to others. NOT RECOMMENDED AT ALL.

Alert the hotel is running illegal in residential area even though near by residents has already filed complaint against the hotel be aware to stay in this hotel and they also allow under 18 couple for 3-4 hours that you all know for what reason they are allowing by taking good money a complaint to DCP OFFICE FIRE OFFICE HAS BEEN POSTED AND IF THEY DONT TAKE ACTION WILL FORWARD TO MINISTRY ALSO SO BE AWARE TO STAY THERE

Never recommended ❌ Had a booking on 8th January 2023 from Agoda with a lower price than usual. Even after showing the confirmation slip and mail they didn't allot me a room in the hotel, and added to that they asked 5 times more money of the booked amount to give one room for 3-4hours. Being alone as a lady in an unknown place, I left the place disheartened in the chilled morning of Delhi after continuous negotiation for 15-20mins.

Now oyo rooms are worst to book . They booked your room in cheap rates but when you asked the hotel for ur room they denied and pay extra for that room...if u can't do that they cancel ur booking and asked for ur refund that will come after 7 days...

Terrible and non-cooperative staff , Dirty rooms and beddings . Moreover they don't accept the bookings from Oyo app , even though this hotel has been listed on the app. The ratings of the hotel on OYO are fake and misleading .In reality the amenities in the hotel are vulnerable. Worst Oyo stay Ever . Whoever browses or chooses to book this property pl read this , it I'll help you Firstly -They are not taking any online booking and neither deleting the listing from websites because they are getting clients from these site. As soon as you step in the hotel , the unprofessional and rude manager denies for booking and asks you to book directly at a higher price. Second-: The moment you make the payment their behaviour changes and the staff is highly unprofessional and incompetent. Third -: even if you start staying after reading this, then you are in for th worst experience ever, the ac doesnt works , unhygienic , rooms are full with spit stains. Not at all safe for family / couples /girls. I dont know how the owner is actually managing the things out here butuhe doesnt have any sense of hospitality bs paise honge aur laga diye.

Very bad service and bad staff. If we are not satisfied with manager and we are asking for owner number they are not giving us owner number and they are decide their own rates and they are not giving room in that amount which are there on Oyo app. They don’t have manners how to behave with women . Ghatiya se ghatiya staff and owner Jinhone esa staff rkha hai . Please don’t go there.

Pathetic. I don't know why OYO has kept this hotel listed under itself. They deny at the doorstep that they will not accept booking and ask us to check with OYO as they are not responsible for this. They ask for over the top money and then will accept booking.

Previously when I visited here in 2018 The service alongbwith staff behavior was not good due to some reason I had to visit here again and Wow! So much sudden change, The new young guys Handling this palace amazingly. Good Job guys

The location of this hotel is very good, apart from all, there is no noise of traffic, you will not be disturbed by anything, you can spend good time with your partner.

Denied check in they said they are not connected on Oyo and they are asking double charge for the check in. Kindly remove these kind of hotels from your list who are spoiling the name of Oyo.
