Price is high according to the coffee, but if you are coming here to work then the price is very genuine because you are getting a place to work that too with Ac.

Had a fantastic Sunday here, ambiance was really great. Good staff well knowledge of coffee 10/10 for coffee. Must visit place and they have a great seating arrangements as well. The outside view through glass wall is really amazing must visit place with your family. And the Loved once to spend some quality time. Good Coffee shop with plenty of space to sit. Often very crowded at weekends as it’s in the shopping mall but in weekdays you may find space to sit. Shop shifted to another place but still in the shopping mall and easy find as it’s just beside the main entrance gate of shopping mall.

Many people say - Starbucks is overpriced and overrated . It serves excellent coffee, the environment is awesome, staff service is applaudable for their warmth and personal attention. Place is definitely class apart. The price is worth the experience.

I am a tea lover so for me this place was like a temple for me. This is an amazing place for coffee lovers and it was my first time in the Starbucks and I would say the experience was super awesome. Staff behavior was also good and professional.

Hello. Today, 10/11/2021 we ordered 2 chocolate banana loaf cakes from the Pacific Tagore Garden store. Thanks to one of the waiters to give us 1 instead of 2 and thank you for stealing that amount of money. Such carelessness was never expected by a so called "brand" while it looses its brand. How I wish google had an option to vote for 0 stars instead of 1.

I have no clue what's happening here. My first visit here and it seems basic english understanding is missing. Despite repeating my order 5 time still the staff looked blank did not deliver what I ordered and preferred forfeiting my money that I paid. So I left disappointed

Been to Starbucks pacific mall couple of times. It’s in the ground floor. Nice decent outlet. Tried their pumpkin spiced latter once that was nice. Another time tried their java chips coffee and had a sandwich along with. Coffee was average. The sandwich is quite highly priced. Service was good. Staff is polite.

As you already know Starbucks is always a good and OfCourse expensive as compared to other Cafe Houses. It's good to try if you money doesn't bother you much in comparisons of quality. Two Coffee and a small cookie/cake can easily cost you Rs 1000+

*(1)* I placed an online order on Starbucks Pacific Mall New Delhi through Zomato just now (13 Jun 2023) for Iced Latte and Caramel Frappuccino. *(2)* Order was delivered in a sealed packet without any straws or tissue. *(3)* Shameful for an International chain of restaurant who charges exorbitantly on the excuse of service. *(4)* If this is the basic service from such an International chain then God help us. What's wrong with brands like Chhayos from whom I get equivalent service and taste. *(5)* Can't blame Zomato this time as the packet was sealed with Starbucks tape. *(6)* Shame on you Starbucks Pacific Mall New Delhi. *(7)* SHAMELESS STARBUCKS CHAIN - I posted a review but these SHAMELESS STARBUCKS STAFF - has not the face to answer or comment. Over hyped and over priced coffee chain. New Zealand, India, Australia everywhere is same tasteless coffee. Better try some other coffee brand.

It was my first time in Starbucks and i don't know why rich people like it Like i didn't even like the coffee It was little bit bitter I know coffee is bitter but not that much And many of my friends were saying that too They said when it's first time they also felt the same way So i think it was over-all good And the atmosphere was good

Salman, an employee at Starbucks is a super considerate human. I saw him take care of multiple people with tiniest bit of things and make them super comfortable including me and my friends. Would request people and management to reciprocate him with the same courtesy.

Though it's very old to India now. I visited first time with my kid because he wanted to have coffee.. all thanks to social media for making it hype. But seriously I didn't find it that good .. and is quite expensive. The only thing that attracts is coffe cup with ur name in it. That's it

Really enjoy the company with the staff meet two female employees and there supervisor they all were supper kind and even help me with my card as I don't live in India . Great chat and the space is nicely place had a great time

Obviously it's pretty good but the staff should tell about the coffee more clearly instead of just telling choose from what is shown.

It was a good experience as me and my friends were hanging out in the cafe for more than 3 hours and nobody was upset about it. We had amazing coffees and was not that expensive as some people make it out to be.

Nice and cosy sitting. Only thing that could be taken care of is making both the ordering counters open to reduce the wait time for placing order. I'm not sure whether always only one counter is operational but that was the scneario when i last went there.
