Extremely disappointed with the behaviour of salon staff . They are unprofessional and I visited during lull period but still they were reluctant to do my pedicure and asked me to visit their other branch. They were lazying around and gossiping and after discussion and delegation of work when none wanted to work they directed me to other salon

I had a ear piercing here, the staff was really gentle, I have a very low pain tolerance but did not feel such pain during the process....the gold plated top did not create any kind of infection for a week, as after 7days the staff told to change them into gold....

I went to this parlour for hair spa ... Towel was dirty... seats were full of hairs... one ac wasn't functioning and was really hot... literally the staff was also sweating Head massage did only for 5 mins... and staffs behavior was also not good said in 1000 rupees will get only this much service ...

Highly recommended for any kind of hair cut, styling, colouring. Rates are very reasonable and the stylist know what they are doing. I am a repeat customer here. Offer or no offer the service is always great!

Very bad experience. Stuff members are highly negligible, when separately asked not to use ammonia containing colors, they used just that and simply tried to explain that the smell is of something else. Rather than apologizes and giving better solution, they kept denying and tried to convince hard, which is totally unacceptable. Put wrong hair color, and to cover that, rubbed black color on the scalp. Peak of unprofessionality. Foot got cut while doing pedicure as well, and when asked for something to apply to stop the blood, they suggested aftershave! The outlet doesn't even have basic medicines like Dettol. For them it is just another service and a way to earn money, but I think they should be trained to actually love their job and care for the people coming there. Lack of passion at their job is so obvious. Would not suggest this place to anyone.

Got my hair coloured for the first time from the Kreations hair studio. In love with how beautiful this turned outt. Definitely a ten on ten for me. Lovely staffs and lovely work.

Very good place to get your hair done and for skin care. Staffs are very friendly and professional. They are people who know their job well. Im a regular visitor here and Angshu is my stylist and he’s so humble and very talented. Really love this place😊
