This is the worst electronic store ,i ever visited in Kolkata,the sales persons behaviour is very very rough,they kept me standing for 38 mins ,and then told the thing can't be given,as they didn't have the entry in their system. And above all,the attitude of one person was super worse,who literally ,seems like from slums,and has that behaviour. Will be nice if the management reaches me,so that I can easily talk to them

It is one of the worst experience of my life. I bought a 7.5 kg Panasonic washing machine, they deliver it on time, but the installation didn't happened on time. Once they are done with sales, then they are least bothered with post sales service . Their salesman expects the customer to call them and keep on informing them about the status, as if it is the consumer's duty. After repetitively telling them that I am going out of the city to on a sudden day, so that they can help me with the installation, they are failed to do so. Now I have to reschedule my entire journey plan and I have bare the loss of those flight tickets. They should actually bare the cost. The most dissatisfying experience of my life. God knows when they will install my washing machine. This kind of attitude isn't considered professional and it equally goes for the Panasonic's agency.

So far Worst experience. We ordered a Fridge(Samsung) on 11 November, Saturday. During the purchase they told us the delivery will be done by next week. But they kept delaying & after lots of calling they delivered a defective fridge after 10 days of purchase. And now they refuse to take responsibility. We should have never gone to Great Eastern., Amazon is far better with proper return policy/delivery experience.Never going to shop from this place.

Worst experience ever. Order a geyser. Salesman promised to give glass line coated tank but provided stainless steel tank geyser. When we ask for replacement, they completely denied to replace and told it's not our fault, it's Bajaj company's fault they provide us the wrong item. Even store manager is also not cooperating with us. This is my first purchase and also be the last from here. How can be a such big brand can make this kind of mistakes.. Very very dissatisfied and disappointed. And this only not happen to us, a lot of other customers also face this issue..

Great eastern garia last 5month ago purches one fridge & one smart tv they are not send any gifts when asked they are told that sir weating few days we are send spacial gift for you. Then I well call maximum 4 to 5 days they are told weating few days. As they are speaned 2month i weating my spacial gift. When I visit to days this retail store they are given (only one gift that is 2no of pics microwave Bowl) this is my special gift they are taken time 2month for this coustomer sarvice is very poor I can not taken any great eastern a ny product .

Worst experience ever. We perched a fridge(samsung) on 11th November with an urgent requirement. But they kept delaying and after a lots of phone call they sent a defective product and refused to take responsibility. we weren't able to use the product on the on occasion where we wanted to use it. Have been a long standing customer of the place. They offer consumer durable electornic appliances including mobiles, laptops and houses several reknowned brands. You can always find a product that suits your budget. In my experiences, their prices are hard to beat.

Worst kind of employees. No one has any clue of what is happening to an order. I bought a fridge, and it took more than 2 weeks to deliver after multiple follow ups. Even so, the fridge was dented which they are supposed to change but no update as of now.
