Never take doctors appointments on the phone, they will give you time and when you come, they will tell you it's first come first serve. They don't value patients' time. The staff is busy giving medical diagnostic reports to people. There is no one to accommodate patients, and if you have any emergency, better visit any hospital.

I think welkin is the best diagnostic centre in Kolkata (garia) I have received has been exceptional. From the moment I walked through the doors, I was greeted by friendly and professional staff who made me feel comfortable and valued. The waiting times were minimal, and the facilities were clean and modern.

Very rude n unprofessional behaviour by Staffs, receptionist, and everyone. They behave like they're doing some sort of free service. Very bad experience with the USG department. The Doctor is over 2hours late, obviously the patients pille up by that time.. The attendant of the USG room would not take me up after the doctor arrived, even though I was ready, after i requested repetitivly, my abdomen started hurting real bad, never ever have i experienced that in my life, But attendant was busy taking up patients who weren't even ready (with lil urine pressure). Then they will put them up for test , again drop them ,cz they're not ready.. Like what!!! But just not call me cz my serial number was after there's (serial 18)🙏 This happens NOWHERE. every time I go there i see tons of dissatisfied patients, fighting with the authorities. some sort of mess is always there.

Excellent service.. this is the bench marknof all diagnostic at kolkata.. Hospitality is the key word of this organization. And the managers and reception is so much helpful and great skill to achieve any type of goal in their life. We had an excellent experience in Welkin here. The support staff are very humble and helpful to us. The centre also is very well maintained and hygienic.

No doubt welkin is a renowned diagnostic center in south kolkata. They are progressing well. All staff are well mannered. Partha, Suvankar and Santanu are very good

The best service specially the front office staffs are accurate and friendly. also USG Staffs are very helpful. Overall ratiing 4.8 out of 5.
