Very worst management from beginning such as appointment. There is not a systematic way of appointment and also for communication or information. Then no proper way after booking consultation. You have to spend a huge days for appointments and thereafter for investigation dates. Then again you will suffer for reporting appointment. So don't waste time and find other way for better treatment.

Very pathetic situation. Took my entire day just for an USG. Waited 18 hours without food. Not recommend Adding - hospital members allowed to roam freely but the patients and their families are not. If wanted to see a wrongly managed hospital. You are welcome.

Hi Team, It is very sad to know that , that appointment desk had informed to call at 9:00 am for Abhijit chowdhory appointment . But every day phone gets beep sign and gets disconnected ( please note the call does not gets into waiting list just gets disconnected automatically ) . If the doctor only wants to see references candidates then there is no use to let common people give a fake hope . PS: please do not give an excuse of line issue , because it is intentionally doen every week .

Completely Fraud. Worst Management system. Renowned Doctors should be ashamed to be a part of this Organization. They just want to play with patient's patient. its more easy to get an appointment to vellore or any other hospital in India. there is no transparency of getting appointment. They are doing completely fraudulent.

Very bad experience. One must appoint other doctors. The phone lines are all fake none of them work. I try calling from 2 phones one say busy other says not answering at the same time . Other numbers just play horror music. PLEASE DO NOT WASTE YOUR PRECIOUS TIME FINDING AN APPOINTMENT IN IILDS.

Dctrs are very good , bt the management is worst.. They behave so badly during appointment.. booking an appointment through ph is like you have to be lucky enough to get. Week after week we tried , like that the patient's follow up time given by the dctr is delaying. Then how the treatment properly be followed? They have some kind of syndicate for appointment booking in exchange of money I guess. Disgusting!!!!!

Its a 4.5 from me and not 4. My mother has been under treatment for over two years. Qualified doctors and the staff is courteous and supportive. The best part is that there is a proper system in place to meet/consult the doctors when the patient has been admitted and they release the patient promptly and don't unnecessarily hold on to them. Personally would recommend the hospital to everyone

Lady receptionist like chapri behavior Ok But I have a big question ? When I visit first time dr kisalya he take me Ultracet or esomac 40, when I feel serious gastric pain sir suggest endoscopy and upper abdomen usg and said if u do endoscopy Monday u go to reception and booked,but chapri lady say endoscopy now not done here 😉, I angry and said ok go to dr kisalya he said Monday he done endoscopy, the chapri gang then my prescription insert at lest 5 patient down.ok no problem Then endoscopy done report see dr kisalya u r report ok nothing to do ,I asked sir it's nothing the 🤔 pain , iv dortin ds 4 times midnight tramadol 3 days it's possible, sir say world famous dailoug go to phycriatist . I am phycriatist patient. So I have a big question 🤔 most prestigious center how to hire this type of dr. All most 50 person people asked my it's really dr. Please 🙏 note that if patient said she or he suffering from pain go to phycriatist . So my experience so 👎

1. My experience with doctors were satisfactory for that one star. 2. But staff nepotism is too evident. 3. Front desk behaviour is very bad over Phone 4. dont bring your patient if you dont have money 1day here costs around 90k for icu it may get even more expensive depending on you patients condition

Everything is good but behaviour of Dr. Partha Thakur is not good though his medicine resolved my problem. The doctor threw my report just because I had done my report from outside. And also he told "বাচ্ছা ছেলে রিপোর্ট করিয়ে নিয়ে আয়" ; I don't know what kind of behaviour this is.

This hospital is doing good job in the field of Gastro. Overall the hospital staffs are helpful. Neat and clean. They also value one's feedback for continuous improvement. More importantly this hospital provides good care at affordable price.

Recently I am trying to Book an appointment of Dr.abhijit Chowdhury for my mother.1st I have call on Wednesday for Thursday's appointment I am trying to connect call from 9 am to 11 am literally I am done a call in every min but didn't connect then after 11 am call connect normally but they said that the appointment is full. I have also call on today for Tuesday's appointment same thing happenen.what should I do? My mother came from gangarampur which is 472 km away from Kolkata. I also cancel train ticket of my mother which worth is 670 for only tomorrow's appointment now they did same thing. Sorry I have to say that the management is very poor.
