Unprofessional staffs. Reception staffs don't know the meaning of hospitality. They are busy with their own works. Use to speak in unprofessional way. In house doctors' fees are higher than other great hospitals. Customer service is very bad. They remain uncommunicative to the patients family. You require to ask for the services everytime, then they think.

And the doctors in this hospital only makes the patient frightened with big medical terms and this hospital is running a fraudulent business. So its my kind request to everyone to be very careful in selecting a proper hospital for your dear ones. Really it's below OK kind of place this is. Good for emergency patients to get fast treatment on emergency basis. But the organization has made the curing service a full business. The medical staffs prescribes medicines to the patient party, which sometimes get changed by the doctor, even in many cases the doctor cancels few medicines which they had wrote!!!! Moreover they treat patient parties according to their standard and status that get reflected through party's dress and accessories. Regarding Mediclaim cases the hospital accounting department do severe here and theres which one couldn't get any idea about the matter. Even in case of non-mediclaim patients, the billing remains turbids and filled with utter confusions. In many categories of billing matter, the reception couldn't help the party by giving particular details!! Only thing they know the best is to make money and for the very reason they are private hospital.

I have visited the OPD on 15.07.2019 for my neck pain. I booked an appointment at 6:30pm with Dr GAUTAM BOSE : MS(Ortho). I was charged Rs 400/-. To my surprise this doctor hardly examined me. He just touched my neck once and took less than 3 minutes to scribbles some capsules on the prescription. He was not at all interested in knowing details about my neck pain. He was not even bothered to check swellings or other issues. I had a very bad experience. I bought all medicines amounting to Rs 350/- and ate them regularly. But still there is no cure in my neck pain. This doctor is very cunning. I think he purposely gave such medicines so that I continue visiting him and he can make money out of it. He mentioned to visit him after 1 week with X rays. I have totally lost all hopes. I have exams around the corner but my neck pain hurts too much. This review was about my bad experience with this Orthopedic Doctor Dr Gautam Bose of Hindustan Health Point. I don't want someone else to suffer as I did so am writing this review. I would suggest patients to do some research and then choose a doctor. Also patients should speak up about their problems. There is absolutely no platform where patients can rate and review a doctor. I randomly chose this doctor and suffered. My whole money got wasted. After eating all those capsules my body started feeling very weak. And my neck pain persisted. How can a doctor with MS Ortho can't even cure problems as small as a neck pain. And most importantly didn't even spare 5 mins to do complete checkup , know about the medical history or any existing allergies etc. I visited private doctor for the reason to get better checkup. I understand in govt hospitals there are too many patients so the doctor may not give proper attention but in private hospital this was unacceptable . I am very disappointed with this doctor and the hospital. I will suggest patients to skip this doctor .

Third class, Worst hospital in Kolkata. OPD reception Staffs are uneducated, bad communication skills, didn't properly pronounce English or hindi. If want to improve this hospital standard then immediately change those uneducated, illiterate Staffs in OPD reception.

Come here if you have no other option. Not covered by several insurance companies. Service is average at best. Facilities are limited, for example, no MRI Weird thing is you have to manage every medical bill: you have to buy the medicines and deliver to them every time(mostly from their own medical shop). It’s inconvenient and the overall experience is quite depressing. Management and administration is sad. Pros: treatment was correct. Staff is polite and helpful.

This is some third class private hospital,I had really really worst experience here. My elder sister was taken to this hospital from her office, they told that there was fall in her Sugar level. When I went to see my sister, i wasn't allowed to meet her at first and when I asked them to discharge her so that I can take her to some other hospital, they literally were so rude. I was asked to buy all the medicines and injections from their pharmacy which were already given to my sister in that 1 hour of her admission and submit on their counter, Why? They could have charged for the injections and medicines directly which were already given to my sister but no the staffs there are completely dumb). They charged 2500 for doctor's consultation fees and i guess doctor didn't come to see her once. I mean which doctor charges 2500 for 1 hour( Without any prescription, without any report of Diabetics test which they said they have tested)+ 2500 bed charges for one hour. They literally harassed me by sending me from one counter to the other, I had to go from 4th floor to ground floor for almost 10 times for some procedure which could have been done by them all at once if they wanted and really cared about patient's health. My sister was discharged after 3hours of all this non-sensical drama. This was my worst experience so far in Kolkata. I would prefer to go to some government hospital rather than this idiotic hospital.

This is a private hospital in rajput sonarpur jurisdiction. There are patient flow majorly from Baruipur and sonarpur sub urban. The cost of treatment is bit high as it is a privately owned hospital they are know as hindusthan health point pvt ltd before it was a nursing home. They have added some extra beds in floors above.

My dad was admitted for 10 days. One of the worst hospital in that area. Nurses were rude always deny the request if patient ask for something. Stuffs are not proper educated. Highly disappointed.

One of the worst hospital. My father was admitted here with hypoglycemia under Dr. Kousik Ghosh. My father had a fall before admitting in the hospital and had a fracture with dislocation of femur bone. But doctors here are unable to detect and discharged him without detecting or treating his fracture. Then just before release I took an x ray from same hospital and fracture was clearly seen. Then I consulted Dr. Soumya Kanti Bhattacharjee of this hospital and he was re admitted here again on the same day of discharge for his hip bone replacement surgery. Even the RMO Dr. Amit Ghosh is worst of this hospital. Really very bad experience of Hindustan Health Point Hospital.

This is not a hospital just worst money minded Nursing Home ( Grade D). Behaviour of staff, nursing staffs are very bad. Doctor advice for USG for my wife, dated 10-Oct-2019 and which was also done by Mr Lalan Kumar of HHP and mentioned in report that “....with large uterine fibroid..” and we produced the said report to Dr and Dr. shocked to see the report and said the report is not correct. We convey the same message to HHP and after so many things at last they ready to examine for USG with another consultant and surprisingly the second report is Totally Different from Previous Report due to this reason HHP not delivered us the second report copy also. At the same time we done USG, the same test from two different diagnostic centres and this two USG reports also total differ from USG report of HHP( Lalan Kumar). So please avoid HINDUSTHAN HEALTH POINT for treatment.

Would give minus rating if could have been possible. Went in emergency for stomach pain. They admitted saying gall bladder stone pain. Kept on sline and painkiller and did USG after 30 hours which should have been done immediately. Better opted to come out from this mental trauma with lots of pain and more importantly due to sline in vein hand was swollen. So came out with one more problem from hospital rather getting treated. Even after discharge they have not given any advise or prescription. Saying that we are not taking complete surgery from them so they will not give prescription. Don't go to this hospital. Never recommended. Stay away from this.

My father is admitted to HHP since Thursday ,(29/12/22) evening but since then we are hearing only complaints about him from the doctor oŕ the ICU staff. Initially we thought it was my father's behaviour but today evening (31/12/22) when I received a call from them regarding medicine requirement. The ICU nurse insisted me to call the pharmacy for giving them medicine, if not then they WILL NOT GIVE MY FATHER THE MEDICINE REQUIRED FOR THE NIGHT. When I wanted to talk to the doctor for my father's discharge he refused to talk to us. Is this an expected behaviour from a renowned nursing home.

This hospital has saved my family and helped us at a time of crisis like no other! Within 6hrs of discharge from apollo my dad had to be rushed to emergency due to breathing issues! Dr bera helped us by being the most responsible and responsible person that we could have ever hoped for! But i would like to specially mention the hospital staff. Comparing a big organization like apollo vs a standalone hospital the biggest difference started from medicare service, the HHP team helped us and kept us informed every step of the way, at apollo he was discharged at 11pm vs 5:30 pm at HHP, they are friendly and knowledgeable and go out of their way to help us out. The ICU was also well equipped and very prompt. We also got out preferred doctors to visit us in this facility! I would like to Thank HHP for helping us in this time of need! The staff being responsive and always beaming with a smile is what consoled us the most at this time of stress. I will definitely continue to come back here for all treatments

I had consulted with Dr.K Satyakam for an orthopaedic surgery for my mother.Overall experience is good as my mother could recover and till date she is ok and able to walk and do her daily work.The hospital person had taken up the matter and suggested all required formalities.Mr.Sujoy CEO was empathetic and suggested the financial implications to his best ability and also helped us to overcome this critical situation I and my family faced.Thanks to all support stuffs at hospital who always had given us mental boost and taking care of my mother.

Hindustan health point is a private hospital based on garia. It's 10 minutes from kavi najrul metro station. In this hospital doctors, nurses & all supporting staffs are always available. Although the treatment quality is good but the treatment cost is quite high. Many people's are comes in this hospital for good treatment. In few case's nurse's and all supporting staffs behaviour not so good. Overall it's a costly hospital.

Well known hospital for any kind of treatment near Garia, Sonarpur. OPD section is there. For major treatment is also happened there. Multiple bed options are there. Single, twin etc. Car parking available. Ambulance services are also available. Well known doctors tied up with this hospital. Neat and clean. But need to improve more. Pathetic hospitality. They don't show the correct procedures of huge bills. Whole management system is corrupted and fake. The attitude of the management team is utter rubbish which is absolutely not acceptable.

Treatment is good, but they have a lot of hidden charges, like we did this & that but can't share the details with you, you just have to pay!

Not satisfied with their services. The discharge procedure is horrible. Makes huge bill that is unjustified. Private Ayas are not bad. But no trained private nurses are available. Standard of the hospital is declining day by day. No proper OT dress, all torn, bellow standard dresses. Only good thing is that the building and bathroom is very neat and clean.

I will never forget such awesome hospitality from HHP Hospital Pvt. Ltd. and its staff and nurses. I recommend HHP as the top best affodable hospital in kolkata. Last month, my mother-in-law admitted her due to hip joint replacement. Dr. Somuya Kanti Bhattacharjee, the best orthopedic surgeon in Kolkata, operated on her. I was also highly satisfied with the vegetarian dish, even though the patient was not eating at home. She enjoyed HHP food very much. I was surprised by their billing  for a hip joint surgery patient; it's really affordable for us. Finally, HHP Hospital is not only the best-affodable hospital in Kolkata but also the best hospital in Kolkata.

Got appointment over call on Monday, appointment was confirmed for @12:30 PM Tuesday. Re-confirmed appointment 2 times before coming to hospital and Came to hospital by 12:15, paid fee at OPD. Already 1:30 PM and Dr is still not available. A govt hospital is better than HHP.
