Worst Services. Just because my father did not opted for their subscription, they unprofessionally misguided a 70 years old man. My father repeatedly called for confirmation whether the doctor was there or not...they deliberately misguided him and did inform him about the presence of the physician. Don't Go there, these are bunch of unprofessional fellows turning the name of Appollo into mockery.

Giving two stars just for their staff management. The doctors don’t maintain their call time. They will make you wait for 1-1.5 hours. As if you don’t have any value of your time. No matter how serious the condition of the patient is. The doctors are always late. If you are visiting here make sure you have alot of time to spare

I am a new resident of this area and was absolutely astonished to find such an amazing clinic. From the cleanliness to the staff behaviour, to the facilities available and the list of doctors, everything is top notch. The centre manager is always hands on with every small thing that's happening and she personally interacts with the patients to collect feedback from them. Only one constructive feedback, they should have the facility of sending test reports by mail to the patients. The website where reports are supposed to be reflected, doesn't work properly. Apart from this small area of improvement, everything is perfect.

Apollo Clinic, Narendrapur is a very helpful medical facility right beside our home. Its staff is now like family - ever smiling and available to caterto our tiniest needs in the best way possible. A good health clinic isn't just one which provides good health services but depends much on the behavior of the staffs. I was here for my pre-employment medical test and the experience was worth all praise. Starting from the person standing by the entrance,to the receptionists, sister,doctors and other staffs, everyone was exceeding cooperative,helpful and the services are extremely well managed. The clinic is very clean and the ambience is nice. We were unaware of such a nice clinic here around narendrapur.

I went for my pre-employment medical checkup and the service I received was great. The behavior of all the staffs and managers were both professional, friendly and cooperative. They also arranged for the Audiometry test upon my request. Overall the centre was very clean, frequently sanitized, and I would recommend everyone to come here for any test or checkup.

Treatment is great. Behavior of staff, nurses and senior were very good. They were very caring and welcoming. Radiologist was very helpful, professional and caring. We're very grateful. We come again and again. Specially Subhra madam is awesome. We're very happy...

My parents have consulted with docs in Apollo clinic Narendrapur and we are very happy with the services. Excellent well behaved clinicians( who are patient enough to hear out all your problems) as well as staffs, Minimum waiting time, fast interdepartmental coordination made us very happy. Unlike many other health institutions, staffs dont redirect you randomly here and there.They make sure you experience a smooth treatment process. Specially I want to thankyou our doc and Subhra Mam for such cordial behaviour and all the help.

Worst experience... No proper communication between Doctors and reception themselves, confused where to to the check up for the patient and moreover when patient is aged and unable move or walk properly. No option for lift ......doctor refused to check the patient at ground floor. The patient herself has to manage to take stairs somehow. Hope this does not happen to others, it seems patient get more sick after such hassle. Thanks

The Staff behaviour is good. But why do you keep playing that music!!! It's useless. Please change the music or don't play anything. Customers prefer silence more than that constant annoying and irritating songs. Request please change it. And please don't call back for tests repeatedly. Customers may have better options and cheaper ones.

The way Apollo Clinic Narendrapur is handling huge footfalls for vaccination ,really deserves mention.The well behaviour, smooth processing and the system excellent.Its extremely pleasent experience to visit here for vaccination. The effort of entire team is noteworthy

I visited yesterday Apollo clinic for blood test.The staffs of the clinic are really helpful and friendly. Very neat and clean place. My reports were WhatsApp ed by them to me very promptly. I highly recommend this particular clinic to all.

Very Bad service in terms of provising reports. Only false commitment and giving excuses. Please think twice before visiting this centre. Staffs are clueless. Only focusing getting bill done rest patient have to figure out how to complete rest of the work.

All doctors are trying to lab test before any actual treatment. Lab.test is their main target. I experienced thrice. Doctor doesn't wish to come with in 7 days after Ist visit. Because no fees they get so.

Shifted to Garia recently was a regular at the Anwar shah Clinic. Amazing experience and extremely helpful staff. Was my first time getting blood drawn on my own and they were extremely supportive and cleared my doubts about the procedure safety even afterwards and reports were given before time. Will be my go to medical clinic from now on. Btw is the in house lab NABL accrediated?

Never try to go there for orthopaedic treatment,this doctor "bishal bhagat" is totally jholachhap,he didn't even tell us about the x-ray report properly, don't go, don't waste money.👎👎👎👎 My 3 years old daughter had pulled elbow and we rushed to this so called orthopaedic doctor and what he did nothing just asked us did you pulled her hand we said no he told us nothing to worry it's just a regular pain gave her pain killer even he did x-ray and I could see clearly that her bone was not looking in fine position Even then he didn't care about my child, my daughter was in pain whole night she couldn't able to move her hand we got so worried and the next morning we went to Hindustan and there was a orthopaedic doctor he saved us.🙏🙏

Everyone is friendly, helpful and well mannered. If you go for the test results Just try to have a little bit of patience when it's busy with patients and appointments as they take priority. Everyone is efficient in doing their job.

Anwesha, who works in Narendrapur Apollo clinic as front desk executive, doesn't have any etiquette to speak to patients, and this experience I am sharing of last few hours only - 2nd time when we are booking and wanted to know whether doc is available or not that time she was rude and did not give proper answer as if we are availing this service from Apollo free of cost and I should be obliged for that. Cannot we ask question which is our right to information? Anwesha was the person who had not been giving proper answers and even is not ready to listen what the patient is required. Few months back also same thing happened when a xray was to be taken and person sitting at the front desk kept us waiting, even the x-ray technician was about to leave for the day when we paid for the service and was waiting. If patient is not getting adequate attention and you can't control the rush then it is really not my look out.

Don't go by fake reviews. They make patients wait for 2-3 hours for basic procedures. Also they keep the airconditioner in such full blast that people who are already sick get all the more unwell.

Aweful experience. Incompetent, irresponsible front desk stuffs.They don’t even know when the appointment is scheduled and doctors are never on time. Strongly recommending not to come here.

Had one of the best experiences and was really happy with the hospitality. I had my dental checkup and also my skin checkup including my vaccination at Apollo Narendrapur. I loved seeing how they provide a comfortable atmosphere for all the patients with helping them . I have been visiting Apollo Clinic since the past 5 years and needless to say the service is great. But today I was very much disappointed by the behaviour of one of the staff in the upper floor. Her behaviour was very rude and at the same time very unprofessional. Hope the manager in charge takes care of it.

Good clinic with lots of doctors available.

Behavior of all personal there is very very nice. What everyone wants is available and it is very helpful for all as I expect. Only few more doctors will fulfil all problems. Diagnostic center fills up the rest.

One of the best clinic I have visited toady.Today due to municipal elections I opted for by blood tests imagining that there will be less patients today.I was surprised to see that the full clinic was busy and so many super specialist doing there chamber .The reception staffs were well mannered and very helpful. Inspite of the crowd the whole process went through a systematic way. I highly recommended th e clinic to others .Rates are also very reasonable.

A really good clinic in Narenrapur area. I was not aware that such a beautiful clinic exists near my house. They never advertise. But a very customer friendly clinic. I was surprised to see few renowned doctors from various discipline is attached to it. I highly recommend the clinic and wish they prosper in future.

Service is not good and user friendly at all, they themselves are confused regarding slot availability and collection charges and facilities provided. Very unprofessional and harrasing behavior.

What an ambience .... could not believe till we were there.....just WOW..... You call it staff discipline, staff friendliness and support....just awesome. I was stunned when I came to know later that one person whom I had been seeking support happened to be the director of the clinic himself. A simple down to earth person working hand in hand along with other staffs. I urge Apollo management to make this clinic a role model and upgrade their other clinics in similar fashion.

I visited Apollo Narendrapur today (23/10) in connection with vaccination second dose civisheild.It was my first opportunity to come the overall facilities as it is available in the clinic and I got astonished to see that extremely nice arrangements for the patients and relatives to comfortably avail different services of the unit .I hope the local residents of the area will be having a medical facility in their locality.It was very nice experience for me visiting this clinic.
