I booked this hotel without looking at reviews and now I regret it. The customer service was horrible especially the lady manager who was rude. The elevator had some water leaking from it and it was so scary to even be on it. The room was fine and we had no issues with it. On top of that, I was charged for 2 nights when I only stayed one night and when I called the lady manager she kept saying that she sees I stayed one night and no charge for 2 nights. I stayed on the phone telling her that it has it on my bank account of 2 charges. She claimed to look again and said she now sees I was charged one night for the Clarion and one night for the one behind the Clarion because you check into that one desk for both hotels. I was told give it about 3-5 business days to see my refund, but I have yet to see it and it has been a week and a half. I have been trying to call, but I can't get anyone to answer the phone. This is a total rip-off if this lady is trying to pocket that money!!

Management is in on some sort of cash hustle. Do not use cash at this location or attached clarion.. Management and security will go in your room when you are out and take fake pictures and plant ashes and cugarettes to threaten you and take your deposit. Do not stay at either location.

Rooms are equipped with stove, microwave, refrigerator and oven. it is meant for longer term stay if you are in area for long work assignment. Rooms are very clean and comfortable.

I wouldn’t recommend staying here at all!!!!! The lady who worked here charged my mother 200 dollars for sitting outside on the stairs having a drink when she was never suppose to do that and till this day my mom still hasn’t gotten that money back, also my cousin was staying here remind you everyone in the building has kids but the man that works here named joe says my cousin couldn’t stay because she has kids which I find crazy bc my mom was staying here with me and my siblings and he has never said anything like that to us💯, also they’re are roaches and mold everywhere!!!!! DO NOT STAY HERE AT ALL💯‼️

I can't speak for the room itself because they cancelled my room without my knowledge! They saw an opportunity to price gouge due to all hotels being sold out for Dreamville festival, now the concert is 2 days away, no hotels are available and they won't return my calls!!! WORST EXPERIENCE WITH A RESERVATION/CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER!!!!!!!!

Please pray for all employees at this location mental stress is real in the field here. May I suggest a employee mental building program trip✌🏾

I would give this hotel a zero star if I had the option. I am leaving with a head ache. The rooms are dirty. People are loud. The place is loud. Fire alarms has been beeping the last 1.5 hours. Nobody cares to stop it. It does not feel safe coming into the hotel. Stay away. There are better hotels in the area in the same price range.
