booked
this
hotel
without
looking
at
reviews
and
now
I
regret
it.
The
customer
service
was
horrible
especially
the
lady
manager
who
was
rude.
The
elevator
had
some
water
leaking
from
it
and
it
was
so
scary
to
even
be
on
it.
The
room
was
fine
and
we
had
no
issues
with
it.
On
top
of
that,
I
was
charged
for
2
nights
when
I
only
stayed
one
night
and
when
I
called
the
lady
manager
she
kept
saying
that
she
sees
I
stayed
one
night
and
no
charge
for
2
nights.
I
stayed
on
the
phone
telling
her
that
it
has
it
on
my
bank
account
of
2
charges.
She
claimed
to
look
again
and
said
she
now
sees
I
was
charged
one
night
for
the
Clarion
and
one
night
for
the
one
behind
the
Clarion
because
you
check
into
that
one
desk
for
both
hotels.
I
was
told
give
it
about
3-5
business
days
to
see
my
refund,
but
I
have
yet
to
see
it
and
it
has
been
a
week
and
a
half.
I
have
been
trying
to
call,
but
I
can't
get
anyone
to
answer
the
phone.
This
is
a
total
rip-off
if
this
lady
is
trying
to
pocket
that
money!!
