Tucked away in an suspecting strip mall in some random neighborhood in Raleigh, The Blind Barbour offers a range of specialty cocktails for all to enjoy in a comfortable space with great speakeasy-esque vibes and ambience. A range of classic cocktails are available here too along with an extensive bourbon/whiskey collection too. Overall, a hidden gem with great drinks and staff!

Man, almost hate to give this place such a good rating because it is a hidden gem and I love being able to duck in without it being packed. Smalls is a great bartender, nice craft cocktails and a great bourbon collection. Stop in and check it out, but keep it on the DL....

My wife and I were visiting Raleigh and a kind gentleman at a beer store suggested we go to the Blind Barbour. It was my 52nd birthday and Smalls made it a fantastic day! We had cocktails, tasted some amazing bourbon and overall had one of the best experiences in a bar, ever. We will certainly be back!

Definitely my favorite bar in Raleigh. Joey and the rest of the staff are great. They know their whiskey, and I have yet to be disappointed with any of their recommendations. Definitely has the local Cheers bar vibe. Prices are reasonable, and the selection is great from bourbons to ryes to scotches. Highly recommended to anyone looking to get into whiskey or who already enjoys whiskey. For those who don't like whiskey, there is a great semi-rotating cocktail menu and then a small beer and wine selection.

Amazing spot with a cozy vibe and great collection. Bartenders (Smolls, Kev, and Ben) are super nice. They exhibit professionalism and courtesy. They have a nice collection of Japanese whiskies. Their BOB (bourbon on bourbon) was awesome - smooth, rich, and invigorating. Tom Yum was unique with lemongrass.. The Blind Barbour is definitely a spot to visit and is highly recommended!

An unexpected surprise. The Blind Barbour is an exceptionally amazing experience. The owner and staff are extremely friendly and the vibe is very chillax. Will definitely be back regularly.

Their at cost bottle every Monday alone is worth a stop in. The hits keep rolling with their special select bottles and half pour options. You want a sleeper win? This is the spot.

Best cocktail bar around downtown Raleigh. Because they make them so well, the drinks can be so easy to consume - but they pack a punch ! The bartenders know their stuff and are super friendly. Anesthesia was my favorite.

Just like everyone else is saying: great atmosphere, friendly and knowledgeable bartenders and an awesome whiskey selection. Even the bathroom was clean! I didn’t know there could be such a great bar. I look forward to my next visit.

AMAZING bourbon selection. (Looks like they had a pretty good selection of other spirits besides Bourbon, but why would anyone want that? LOL) Joey, and Smalls were super knowledgeable about their product, and make us some awesome cocktails!! Will definitely be back!!

Such a cute little spot for well made cocktails. I came here to read and had the bartender make a drink of his choice with gin. Drinks were great and the environment was cozy.

This place has amazing cocktails and a fantastic selection of bourbon. The bartender was great and when we ordered offered his opinion on how the drink could be better and they definitely were amazing. Will be coming back every time we’re in Raleigh

Blind Barbour is a very cool cocktail bar in a random part of Raleigh. It is hidden in a random strip mall. Very classy inside with some seating at the bar with a few booths. Their whiskey/bourbon selection is vast, ranging from rail to super top shelf. They have a good amount of cocktails to choose from as well. We noticed a small fire pit in the back with some seating as well, a nice touch. Definitely going back here.

Small but mighty in the bourbon world, this spot boasts an incredible collection of both modern and historical spirits including pre-Prohibition bottles. House made syrups and knowledgeable bartenders round out a great experience.

Fabulous! Sour mash and Ben the barkeep make for a pleasant evening. This is where us older folk come to exist and sip in peace. Excellent vibe!

Favorite cocktail bar in Raleigh. A real neighborhood joint with an old school vibe. Great bartenders who craft creative seasonal selections, yet the Margarita is tops. 🍸
