The dining and shopping listed on the website is in Downtown and isn’t within walking distance. The architecture of the building is very cold and does not look like a place of residence. The artistic renderings on the website portray future building plans for dining & shopping, so maybe it will be a fun place in ten years or so. Go find a better place, in a better location, for a lower price.

What an incredible place to live. Most of the residents are helpful, kind, and friendly. I've hosted friends in the common area and in my home, and they're all like WOW. This is NICE! The staff (shouts to Sarena for ::very patiently :: accommodating my indecision throughout the process and Tara for the lob that landed me this beautiful unit) is transparent, honest, and helpful. The location genuinely can't be beat. Even the move-in gifts are posh. I have a view that stretches miles and :: will never change ::. Emphasis there because that's super important. Move here. You'll love it.

I've really enjoyed living at The Signal in Raleigh, NC. The amenities are great, especially the common area downstairs, which I frequently use when I work from home. I'm also looking forward to the food and retail that are coming soon. The staff has been super friendly and accommodating. Overall, I would highly recommend The Signal to anyone looking for a great place to live in Raleigh.

Such an amazing experience touring and getting to see the place with our amazing host, Sarena. Were invited to join their pool party before we had even leased an apartment and were treated like residents. Everyone is so friendly here and we are so exciting to live here. Best amenities we found in 9 different apartment complexes in DT Raleigh.

Okay, we didn’t live here, but I still would like to leave a review. Because trust me - we toured each apartment complex in the downtown area within the past week and The Signal was far above all in terms of amenities, design and the quality of the tour. Tara was extremely welcoming and patient with all our questions and did her best to show us what we were looking for. The only reason we decided not to proceed with the lease is that we are very picky with the view and wanted to see the downtown skyline, that the place unfortunately cannot offer. But if you’re into green views - go for it! I secretly hope to have friends move in there so that we could visit 😂

After viewing/touring close to a dozen rentals in the Raleigh area The Signal stood out amongst the rest. The units and common spaces are artfully and thoughtfully designed and built. The location is great- nestled close to oakwood and near enough to downtown and Glenwood. The staff in the leasing office was amazingly helpful and knowledgeable. Couldn’t ask for better.i

I love this place! Tara and James made my move-in process seamless and stress-free. They are so responsive and always quickly answered any questions I had. The apartment building itself is beautiful and brand new. Great location close to everything. Can't recommend them enough!

My boyfriend and I have been so excited to tour the Signal after watching it be under construction for the past few months! We are not moving in until the spring but could not wait to see it! Sarena at the leasing office was SUPER helpful and just as excited as we were to give us the tour! She was super knowledgeable about the building and made us feel super welcome and was able to show us 3 different floor plans we liked. I look forward to keeping in contact with Sarena as she promised she would keep us updated with move in dates and pricing for the spring! I am super excited to work with Sarena again in the near future and can't wait to be a resident at The Signal!
