I
would
have
given
the
Axiom
Dentistry
on
Capital
BLVD
in
Raleigh
a
five
star
for
Great
Customer
Service,
but
the
three
star
comes
from
horrible
communication.
I
had
a
specific
procedure
last
year
that
caused
me
to
come
for
ONE
three-month
check-up/Periodontal
Cleaning.
I
came
and
everything
was
great.
My
three-month
check-up
was
almost
eight
months
ago.
I
called
this
time
to
schedule
a
regular
cleaning
which
should
be
free
with
my
insurance.
Once
I
arrived,
the
lady
at
the
front
desk
told
me
I
needed
to
pay
a
$48.50
co-pay
which
I
paid
right
then
and
$12.50
for
a
deductible
which
I
can
pay
after
the
cleaning.
During
the
cleaning,
one
of
the
ladies
asked
me
if
I
wanted
Fluoride.
I
told
her
no.
The
Dental
Hygienist
did
it
anyway
which
I
did
not
know
until
the
lady
came
back
in
the
room
to
check
me
out
and
looked
down
at
what
appeared
to
be
something
red,
she
put
on
my
teeth.
I
guess
this
was
the
Fluoride.
I
get
to
the
counter
and
the
lady
checking
me
out
said
I
owed
another
$48.50.
I
asked
her
why;
I
had
just
paid
that
amount
before
my
cleaning.
She
was
looking
into
it
when
someone
told
me
that
going
forward,
I
need
to
have
Periodontal
cleanings
which
my
dental
insurance
only
covers
50%
of
that
cost.
I
point
blank
said
this
is
not
what
I
scheduled.
I
scheduled
a
regular
cleaning.
Not
only
did
I
somehow
have
my
regular
cleaning
changed,
I
point
blank
said
I
did
not
want
the
fluoride
and
they
did
it
anyway.
This
event
rubbed
me
the
wrong
way
to
the
point
that
I
can
never
come
back
to
this
location
because
I
pay
insurance
for
free
cleanings.
I
refuse
to
come
back
every
three
or
six
months
and
pay
you
close
to
$50.00
per
visit
for
the
cleaning
and
$37.50
for
the
fluoride.
The
cost
was
not
communicated
well.
The
front
desk
ladies
did
not
know
or
how
to
explain
well
what
they
were
charging
me
for
when
saying
I
needed
to
pay.
The
people
at
this
location
are
nice
but
their
communication
is
lacking.
Unfortunately,
I
can
never
come
back
here
again.
