I came in to grab a sandwich quickly before work, the gentleman who was cutting the bread informed me it would be a long wait for a hot sandwich, I said it would be okay. He recognized that I patiently waited for awhile, offered me a drink, and checked on myself and other patrons waiting. I work in hospitality, so I understood his stress of making sure everyone was okay and knowing that he was aware of the length of time it was taking. There was only one gentleman working the hot sandwich station. I truly appreciate his attention to detail and my delicious sandwich :)

My daughter and I were in town for the City of Oaks volleyball tournament. I needed to order dinner for the team to have late that night after we finished playing. I ordered through Grubhub however it wouldn't let me specify to have the toppings and condiments on the side. I called the store directly and the nicest young man who was working was so accommodating by letting me add the items to the side plus he let me add bacon as well. When we received the order at the hotel everything was perfect and the girls were thrilled to have dinner waiting. Thank you so much for the outstanding service.

Go to place for a consistent quick meal. Sweet tea is always perfect. Plus, you get points through their awards program, which equals free sandwiches if you frequent the establishment. Staff and environment are hit or miss.

This was my first time at this location my sandwich was good

From the time I walked in the door I was greeted very pleasantly with a welcome to Jersey Mike's and someone will be with you shortly. Within moments the guy came and asked for my order. At check out I thank him for the staff being so pleasant. The lady there said thank you for your patience. My tuna sandwich was made the way I requested and it was delicious. I really thank this team for treating their customers like they matter!!

Great place to grab untoasted sub. Friendly server and all fresh ingredients. Plenty of parkings available. Typical of jersey mike offering. Uber eats available here . Good Glutten free bread selections available i regular or giant size.

I love Jersey Mikes but can not stand how often this location gets my order wrong! At first I thought it was just my online orders so now I only order in person. Somehow the staff miss adding lettuce and tomato to my hot sandwich EVERYTIME! I have reached out to ownership with no reply. Maybe they will see this?

Staffer is very rude. Charged me double for something that already came on a sandwich. I requested a club sub and with no ham. I did not ask for extra turkey what so ever just did not want the ham and he charged me for the bacon that already came on the sub.
