Looks like when it was Extended Stay, but much nicer now. All rooms have fresh paint, & brand new mattresses & showers. Good rates, esp for that area, & office staff is very friendly. Only issue was with their parent company, Choice Hotels. We were consistantly double-charged, although they claimed they don't make any charges. Hopefully the problems from Choice Hotels won't detract from the actual hotel bc the Suburban Studios are quite nice & very recommended.

Bathroom was dirty. Having trouble sleeping because every 15-30 minutes, people were banging really hard on my neighbors door, and a female were yelling like she was getting beat on. I were scared to leave and report. I even saw a big rat running through the parking lot.
