I do not recommend staying here unless you can't find a public park to stay at first. Firstly, you're probably safer at that park than there. Secondly, while visiting the air conditioner never worked. They were having maintenance done on the roof and didn't care to alert us that debris was going to be falling on our car. Lastly, the amount of roaches that are staying in that room should pay half the room fee.

Intrusive housekeeping. Used key to enter instead of knocking first, peered in with another male a few times, and I was indisposed asleep almost every time due to working graveyard shift. Felt like he knew that would be the outcome, so I'm glad I put on the door stop everyday. Ghetto lady at front desk had an attitude so nasty, it made it near impossible to get any professionalism out of her. Roaches, just as to be expected. Consistent knocking and tapping on door when my husband was at work, possibly to lure me out?

As a guest at any hotel, motel, or establishment where you lay your head, I don't think this place is where you want to be unless you need something right then and there. My experience with the staff was not bad at all but what I will say about the front office staff is that when I complained about roaches in the room....I do not want to hear "you are going to get those". The sheets on the first bed were dirty and the 2nd bed sheets were stained. The covers were ripped/cut, had burn holes in them, and were unacceptable. Regardless of the price I pay, where I lay my head should be decent enough to make me feel comfy. I do not recommend this hotel/motel/establishment to anyone.

It's fine for just the night but there were holes all over the bathroom walls and door and I saw roaches.

I dislike speaking ill of some place, but I wouldn't recommend staying here unless you REALLY need a place to stay. People walking out of a wooded area where there was litter, couple broke down vehicles (flat tires)in parking lot, in the room dirty or sticky surfaces, saw 2 bugs in bathroom. I booked here through hotwire and they really talked this place up. At least the receptionist was cordial.

The rooms were big and there was a small plaza next to it where you can get cold drinks, beer and all sorts of junk food. What I didn't like is that it was next to a busy street.

It's a low budget hotel in a sketchy area. There's only through the window access to staff. I didn't realize quite how no frills it was going to be

These people are very crooked they swipe my car for $90 and made up a receipt for $75 but I showed them the transaction on my credit card and they still didn't give me my money back plus call the police on me. These people or the worst in the world! Do not go there....

Do not stay here. Staff person at checking was; at best, curt and short with me. Homeless people live under the stairs and near the fence. A car with a bullet hole in windshield and flat tires was parked in the front parking lot. This place is not safe.

Horrible; filthy parking lot. Homeless people panhandling and sleeping on property....clerk rude. This really should have zero stars.

Well, we have booked a non-refundable room in 2weeks. Unfortunately now we found these reviews and they are all NEGATIVE!! Looks like we can expect a horrible experience at this property and already planning to complain to Expedia!!! Expedia should not even do business with a property that has so many negative comments. And not minor complaints...... homeless people living on the property. Broken cars!! A police escort would be nice!!!

Well, I chose this hotel because it close to my worksite. I haven't had any problems. I've stayed there 3 times so far. I can tell it's an old hotel but it's clean. I called the front desk clerk about 2 am because I forgot to bring my eating utensils. She was able to assist me and she seemed friendly and asked how my night was going. I gave the hotel a 5 star for location and service. Plus the rates were great. I plan to go bk soon.

All I can say is they call it wake in cause the roaches will keep you awake all night! Don’t bring in your bags or suitcase the shower didn’t work. Worst night sleep of my life!
