Nice stay besides, the hotel not addressing parents who had kids staying at the hotel for a hicket tournament. The kids were everywhere, playing on the elevators, in the gym, on the stairwell and taking over the pull ALL DAY. We asked from room served. Room service never came. We are Hilton Honors members. Never acknowledge as one and my husband is a platinum member. Other than the rooms are great, quiet and the hotel is VERY clean and smells clean. I saw them deep clean at night and they are thorough.

Lovely place to consider on your next hotel booking. Our check-in went smoothly and the lobby area is clean and decorated. Our queen double room was clean, the pillows sunk me in, and the bed was so very comfortable. I slept like a baby in the womb, lol. But in all seriousness I highly recommend this hotel. Getting to this location can be hectic if you're not from the area and the traffic on Crabtree/Blue Ridge rd is hectic. But once you find the location you will not have any problems getting to and from the hotel, just takes a little familiarity.

Clean rooms, friendly staff but the food is highway robbery. I ordered a steak, for $29 dollars you would expect at least some quality. It was clearly frozen, tossed on the grill more than half frozen. I could taste the sink water that was used to half thaw it out. Served with instant mashed potatoes and nasty vegetables that tasted like the same dirty water. Total bill after tip $44 which is a NICE dinner somewhere else. Would appreciate a refund, barely edible. I can hear my neighbors TV so clearly it is hard to sleep, paper thin walls.

This hotel was beautiful! I came here to do a presentation for clients and I would definitely want to come here again. There's also a walking trail not too far so I made sure to do that in the morning before my presentation. The food that they had for 4 hour experience was very good as well and the staff was very nice! I would go back in with highly recommend especially if you are taking clients somewhere.

I would not recommend this hotel. I chose this hotel because I had stayed at the embassy suites in Fayetteville, NC and it was beautiful. The front desk agents were so sweet and the stay felt great. However, this hotel was almost the complete opposite. I called and said I would check in late and they told me it was fine. When I arrived I had not received the room I booked, I booked a king and walked into two queens. It was me and my husband’s 7 year anniversary and we just wanted a nice staycation. The queen beds made it less romantic and the front desk agent didn’t do any informing of the change. When I mentioned it as well as the fact that she only gave me one complimentary pass her response was “I thought you only had one person on your reservation” did you even look? I wonder. When she got the manager he basically stared at the screen saying there was nothing that could be done. He then asked if I wanted to just leave which by this point it’s about 3am. In my opinion that was not a way to accommodate a situation when you are in fault. The next day things got better because the morning shift supervisor was a lot sweeter. However, it was very much an inconvenience having to move from one room to another. Also, once we moved there was a cockroach in our room! Absolutely disgusting. When I mentioned it when we were leaving I was told they do their best to spray. I didn’t feel accommodated in that situation as well. Overall I didn’t enjoy my experience at this hotel and will never book here again. The only reason I gave 2 stars is because the lobby area of the hotel is decent.

The room was very pricey the weekend I had to stay, so I was disappointed it was almost $200 cheaper the next weekend. The hotel itself was nice and the room was clean; but, the walls are paper thin. My neighbor was snoring and he might as well have been sleeping in the same room I could hear it so clearly. If you want to get away to get a good nights sleep I wouldn’t suggest this location.

Enjoyed this hotel. Very clean. Two guys at the front desk were very welcoming. Only issue I had was a dog constantly barking on the floor above me. I did bring it to the guest representative attention. Also, at about 9:15pm I went to go order food at the bar and I was ignored for 5mins. This is before and after asking for a menu and then taking a seat. The two servers ignored me. They proceeded to serve someone else and watch a basketball game and have a conversation with other guest. Otherwise I love this hotel. 😀

Impressive. Large atrium entry with quirky pink duck and living plant wall.. Lovely welcome on check-in. Surprised to find bar and restaurant open and lots of seating with a wonderful fireplace. The room was very clean and the beds comfy. Breakfast is made to order and reasonably priced. A great hotel.

The hotel was clean and pleasant. The best part was the food from the bar it was amazing! We got salmon, steak and the Nashville chicken and everything was great. Far surpassed my expectations for hotel/bar food. And I am a picky eater!

Great place to stay. The workers are friendly and professional. The hotel is very clean and up to date with all the modern convenience. The room are very relaxing and accommodating.

This Hilton property exceeded our expectations in every way. The hotel was exceptionally clean and classy, surpassing similar properties in the area. The TV was of excellent quality and the very clean bathroom had a great shower. The onsite restaurant offered delicious options and although breakfast wasn't free, the buffet was fantastic. Highly recommended!

I’ve stayed in several hotels but this BY FAR was hands down the best experience I’ve ever had. The staff was so friendly. They make you feel like family. I can’t recall the young lady’s name but she was over the breakfast bar and every morning she made sure I left with a smile on my face. The rest of the staff was amazing. You can tell they truly value people and it shows. OH and the chocolate chip cookies!!!! They leave out fresh baked chocolate chip cookies in the main lobby for guest to take while you get checked in!

This by far is the nicest hotel I've ever stayed at! Beds were soft, rooms are spacious, very clean, shower had very good water pressure, awesome heated indoor pool, and more! If my husband and I decide to visit the area again this would be the hotel to keep using.

The staff here is absolutely amazing! Staying here, after a long hospital stay, to be close to Rex. The front desk staff and manager have gone above and beyond to cater to my needs. They even provided me with a wheelchair which I called ahead to inquire about. I definitely recommend this hotel to everyone that wants a clean, quiet luxurious hotel experience. Clean quiet rooms, fantastic staff. A++++++

Rooms were nice and clean. Smell of natural gas on the 6th floor and around elevator shafts. Expressed our concern 3 times, it was never checked out by a professional. Should have called the fire dept to have them check it. They offered me anything I wanted from the Suite Shop. I really only wanted some peace of mind. Great location next to Crabtree Mall. Great experience other than the possible gas leak issue. Hope they get it resolved.

I am a very picky person when it comes to hotels, so I felt obligated to leave a review. If you’re in the Raleigh area and looking for a CLEAN, UPSCALE, COMFORTABLE, GOOD LOCATION, CLEAN SHOWERS, GOOD PRICE, hotel, then this is the hotel for you. I was hesitant because I wasn’t sure that it would meet my expectations, but it did- and more! The beds are very comfortable- I didn’t even want to get up. The showers were very clean and the rooms were very clean. This is now my go to hotel from now on.

Very clean and decorative hotel. The front desk are very friendly and helpful. The place is spotless.. I have seen the people who work here clean the place probably three times throughout the day so far. Has a bar & restaurant, a pool and exercise area. The rooms are clean and smell good actually too . It's quiet , and the location isn't really bad.

This was a very nice hotel and very clean. The little gym area was super nice and the Peloton was super clutch! I would say they just need to use more fabric softener when washing their sheets. They felt super rough and dry.....

The hotel overall was okay, with some exceptions. The lobby couches were old and wornout. The cushions would sink in when you sat down. At times the elevators were dirty.The shower door in my room would not close all the way. You had to schedule a room cleaning time and for the amount paid, breakfast should have been included.

Great hotel. Marvin at the reception is just fantastic, without him our stay for 2 weeks wouldnt have been the same. Steven managing the kitchen was also great with us. Overall , the room was fine , would have been nice to have access to netflix directly on the tv. Pool/gym was a huge plus for us. Location of the hotel wasnt the best , however being close to the mall was not that bad! ** 10 stars for service**

Nice stay. No complaints. Check in easy & pleasant. They have a bar and some bar food in the evening. Pool. Gym. Business office. Rooms clean comfortable. I am not a fan if soft mattresses and pillows. I like more firm for chronic pain but that has nothing to do with the hotel. Great water pressure in shower. Close to several places to go. Enjoyed stay.

The first time I was a guest at this hotel my experience was pleasant! The staff was friendly, the entire hotel decor is modern, the gym is nice, and the rooms were clean. Recently I decided to visit Raleigh and considered booking a different hotel. However, after 2 hours of reading reviews of multiple hotels in Raleigh I decided to book The Hilton Garden Inn again! This stay was just as pleasant as the first one a few years ago. The cleanliness and modernization of the hotel is what I’m impressed with the most!!!! My room was cleaned and ready as soon as I got there! It seems to be a different staff since ivy first visit but they’re extremely kind as well! The Lobby area is cozy with a fireplace and The bar area in fantastic! If you’re looking for a cozy place to stay; check out The Hilton Garden Inn!

Love the hotel overall. Fantastic staff, but we did have a unfriendly experience with one of the staff members in the restaurant (not our usual that we have had experience with) my husband accidentally spilled some coffee and the staff member handed him the towel and then my husband wanted to eat on the patio but hadn’t received his food yet and informed the staff member that he was going to the patio and the staff member never informed my husband that his food was up he just left it sitting in the window. Benjamin on the other hand goes over and beyond for his customers. Best experience with him. Breakfast here is not free so for my husbands food to just sit there and get cold and hard is poor service in our opinion.

This is the cleanest Hilton property I have ever stayed in. Not just garden inn, I mean any Hilton I have ever been to. Every single part of this hotel is clean. Every single amenity is available and excellent. Breakfast was delicious and the staff was extremely friendly. The indoor pool is perfect for families with toddlers and children. Overall a wonderful stay. The staff, the building, the feel and environment. it is a great hotel with a great team. Thank you!

This was our 1st time at this hotel we are helping on our members but 1st time at this hotel in North Carolina. The room was beautiful it was clean the staff was so helpful Aakif and Aziah were amazing. We felt safe in the parking lots they were well lit it was just an overall great stay.. Only thing I wished for was an outside pool but we can't have everything It was still an amazing stay we would definitely recommend it and go again

Clean, with friendly check in. Great security as you need a card to access the elevator. Close to the mall, and a Starbucks. Good breakfast with fast service. 4 stars because I asked for housekeeping in the middle of the stay and did not receive it.

Marvin at the front desk, you can’t get any better satisfaction from customer service. I ran into an issue, he immediately handled it professionally and on point. He puts you in a good mood with his very bright welcome smile and attitude. Excellent accommodations, convenient to restaurants, shopping, hotel was updated very modern decorations. I will return!

Travel for a living. Could not have been more impressed with every single aspect of experience this hotel offered. It’s a beautifully-designed Hilton property, vibrant and contemporary. From the greeting at check-in, the service, the food, the restrooms on the 1st floor, the rooms, cleanliness. Not one single staff member seemed rushed, hating life, acting like they were doing us a favor by being there. In fact, it was quite the opposite. I rarely leave reviews, however they deserve the praise. Absolutely first class!

The room was comfy and clean. The pool was heated and the staff was nice. The breakfast is not free heads up. Safe area parking is free close to mall and Art Museum etc. Heads up the bar is a good bar for drinking but don't get any food. i think i had the worst dry chicken sandwhich in my life. And the fries were cold. Staff was nice just bad bad bar food. worth it to order in or go out. Slept well no bugs pretty quiet.
