First and last time here! Came in for a burger and a couple beers. Food was decent and beer was cold. Paid my bill with a credit card and left. Tipped a bit over 20% (receipt shows $3.91 was 20% but left $4.00 … they apparently decided my tip was not good enough and added to it. Noticed it a few days later when checking my bank transactions. Not worth sweating it but definitely won’t be back.

Been going to Korner pocket for over 20 years. What a disappointment. Boy has the atmosphere and demographics changed. Cheeseburger was good but took a long time to be cooked although the place was not crowded. The worst part of the experience was having to endure Cardi B's WAP playing extra LOUD on the jukebox. Never again.

The food at this place was absolutely trash!!!! and I work right across the street from there so you know I’m not lying! I ordered lemon pepper wings and waited 40 mins for him to come back and tell me my food was ready, I get my food and check it my Lemon pepper wings were made with the season in a little packet on the side (which I didn’t ask for) I then asked why were they made like this he told me he didn’t know how to make the wings with them on it ask me if he should have cooked them in butter smh if you have to ask me how to prepare food and you’re a cook! Maybe you shouldn’t be back there cooking anything I’m not sure if this was a joke but really unprofessional. All of my food was undercooked when I politely asked them to fry my wings hard. I actually think this place is a joke as far as it goes for its food. I’d never go back and recommend nobody to eat there.

TRASH. I asked for a grilled ham a cheese sandwich, got half a hotdog with cheese on it. Fries were soaked in oil. It seemed like the bartender didn't work there. She had no personality and was throwing paper across the bar at someone who I guess was a regular. Not professional at all. Imagine asking for BBQ wings and the BBQ sauce is on the side, would you pay for that? NOPE.. save your money and go to a real bar.

One of the best chicken wings I have had in my life. Definitely the best in Raleigh. Friendly staff, great environment.

4 pool tables nice seating areas little hole in the wall bar instead of the big bars that everyone goes to. The norms of the bar are friendly and can casually talk with others in the bar without it being a fight.

So I just moved to Raleigh from Maryland, and I've been searching everywhere for a bar like the Korner Pocket. They have 3 pool tables, a nice large bar, and friendly staff and patrons. It just has that great atmosphere that really welcomes you in. Edit: My review has dropped from 5 to 3 stars because the last 3 times I've been here, it's impossible to find a bartender to get a beer. I also had to wait almost 2 hours one night on an appetizer platter, even after checking on it twice. It's just ridiculous to have service this bad. Final edit: food and service were great. Met some great people.

I like the layout of the bar. Sometimes the food is banging and sometimes it's just ok. But over all I enjoy the atmosphere and space. Especially when they have Karaoke. Drink selection could have more upscale choices

This is a nice place to play pool and have a few drinks! The atmosphere was great and so was the people. If I ever visit Raleigh again I will come back for drinks and good music

My 1st time there and I'll definitely go back. The food was hot and delicious. My Lemon Pepper wings were perfectly seasoned and fried to perfection!!!

My husband and I went there for date night and we really enjoyed ourselves, the staff was friendly, the dj played great music.

We did not enjoy this place and won't be returning. The service was lacking, no greeting or acknowledgement when we walked in, the bartender couldn't make a proper Irish car Bomb and took forever to make what she passed off as one, and the food was mediocre. The only positive thing I can say was the beer was cheap.

Went for lunch and took a friend. Lovely waitress and good food! Cook came out and asked us how we liked our food. It was nice to have someone who cared about what she served. How refreshing. We will be back

Went specifically to shoot pool after a disappointing attempt at Ale House. These pool tables were amazing and our games were top tier with my friends. Same group that played like noobs at the horrendous tables and missing chalk at Ale House. Will be back

As a musician who recently played this place, I have to say that it was a great experience. The staff was kind to the band (this is not always the case). The audience was kind and generous to the band (this is not always the case). The food is delicious and they kept us hydrated. We will be playing here again. It is a great place to see bands, and a great place to be the band. There were all sorts of folks and ages. Plenty of parking. Handicap accessible.

If you’re looking for a local place with good food, great service, and live music THIS is the place. Love bars like this. So good to just relax and enjoy the vibe.

I have no idea what the prices for the drinks are in this place but I had an awesome time! Just watch what you drink I guess? Haha

Wanted to share a review. I'm a TickTok influencer. Google says this place is vlosed on a sunday. They are comply wrong. Also what is wrong are this mixed reviews. I'll be honest atmospheric wise.. Ehh. Tho, let me tell you this place didn't disappoint! The bartender Britney was fire with the drinks. The cook who i found out was the same guy in the review was killing it in the kitchen. We got a burger and it was so good it will make you slap you're momma! Nextime we're here we will most definitely indulge on the wings. Also! Thwy have a stage and two fire pits out bac. Solid!

My Boyfriend and I went to this place for our first time and it didn’t disappoint! It’s a lil whole in the wall but definitely well worth it!! Everyone was friendly. The drinks were on point and NOT expensive the food came out HOT and better than most bar foods. It took longer than we would have liked but when we finally ate it was worth the wait!! We will definitely be back!!

My girlfriend and I stopped in for a bite to eat. We both had the burgers and fries oh, they were absolutely out of this world amazing! The cook Alex, came out and introduced himself. Asking how our food was, to which we replied amazing! Highly recommended 10/10. Will be back to try the wings Alex and they are the best on this side of town!

I live close by and it's so convenient for me to grab a burger and a drink. Pork chop sandwich is my fav.
